Unfortunately they destroyed many of my items, they scratch my husband new BMW damage neighbor mail box....brand new Refrigerator trashed, many missing items They don't tell you they only pay you .60 cents per pound per item. On top of that the lead mover ask for a tip for 6 guys Unbelievable Never had this kind of situation with movers.

Kim is wonderful - kind, responsive, professional, and on top of her work. That said, the rest of the Movegreen staff and service team do not bring the same value and sadly made our moving experience not worth the expense. The movers were slow and careless with our stuff. The move should have been a 4 hour move but instead took over 8 hours. This more than doubled our expense for the move. The movers were overall disorganized and frustrating.
Moved our stuff to Santa Barbara despite us explicitly asking for Oxnard and the order form saying Oxnard. It got flooded in the floods, and lost nearly everything. We got their insurance, it didn’t cover floods (of course). They waited over a week to take the stuff out to dry our stuff out, while it soaked in dirty water. Our cloths were molded and hard drives and laptops destroyed.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! They are NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS & both their customer service & Nick, the GM get an “F.” From broken items, all sorts of damages to THEFT. These guys NEED TO BE OUT IF BUSINESS!!!! No wonder they advertise on Groupon …
I'm really surprised by all the great reviews! My experience with MoveGreen was subpar, and I even gave them a chance to remediate the issue. I was especially disappointed in Nick the manager.

I was nervous having never hired movers before out of fear they would be too expensive or break things. MoveGreen was recommended to me and I am so glad they were. The team showed up right on time, and was considerate of our neighbors while positioning the moving truck out on the street. They were kind, funny, and quick! Very good at their jobs and wrapped things very well to keep them safe while moving. They even stopped and helped us look for a kitten we were fostering who had gone missing and was hiding.

I’ve used Movegreen more than once and have consistently found them easy to work with, responsive, and genuinely helpful. My first time using movers and I had a GREAT experience. They provided me a quote quickly, and were available for a last minute move which really saved me. The movers (rams crew) worked quickly, were friendly and careful with our things. This company was referred to me and I will be paying it forward by referring them to anyone who needs movers.
