Tried calling. The guy on the phone answered “who is this” uh a potential customer? He was extremely rude and super unhelpful. Almost like he doesn’t care about adding business. Take a course on professional conduct. Edit: I called from my cell phone not my computer? I don’t believe I’ll be sharing my business with you :)

After we picked up our contents we found the mattress was wet and moldy and had to be discarded. A mirror was destroyed from water damage. The owner refused any compensation. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !

One day would have been nice i left my truck keys at work i couldnt drive to the storage unit to drop you cash... i gave you my credit card number you needed money so bad on tuesday why not just charge my credit card? I was not able to drive out and drop off cash on tuesday night because i left my keys at work and i carpool so my vehicle stayed at a carpool lot all night i was not able to drive sorry you just had to wait one day and if you could not wait one day you have my visa numbers you never even asked for…

This site was AWESOME. It seems every time I go there it gets worse. The bathroom is filthy. MAKE SURE YOU BRING your own toilet paper and paper towel. You ask for a water they use to be ICE COLD. now they are room temperature. Never mind trying to call in . It goes to voicemail. Good luck with a return call. Where Chantal? She was fantastic as well as the lady with the English accent.
Richard is very Rude unprofessional and unpredictable. Threatened me multiple times with liquidation of my locker as my credit card had expired and instead of contacting me on the phone sent TXT messages that appeared as scam messages askiyfor credit card information. I would strongly advise against using this facility.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, break ins, rent increases, no accountability for broken or low grade cameras and lack of overall concern for the customer only concern of Richard is taking your money
Dave, break ins happening in storage facilities. Sorry that your unit was one of them. We trying to work closely with Police to stop future incidents. You renting unit in our facility for 3 years starting small and move to bigger and continuing using it.
I phoned to get some information about storage units. When I asked if he knew the size of the units, the man on the phone said he didn't know, and then just said "okay, bye" and hung up.

My husband and I rented a unit from this facility while we staged our house and it was great! Owner was so quick to respond, lovely to deal with. Unit was very affordable as well which was nice! Unit was clean, our stuff was safe and no issues at all! I would highly recommend Richard for your storage needs 😊 …

I have rented several storage units at this location. Would highly recommend. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. I can visit the location at any time without worrying about codes or gates blocking me in. Just make sure you buy a good lock and you shouldn’t have any problems!
