Do NOT use this company. My experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing, and the lack of customer service afterward has been even worse. After raising major concerns—including incorrect billing—they told me they would follow up. They never did. Over the past month I have tried to contact them more than 20 times through every phone number listed on their website/Google as well as by email. I have received no response whatsoever.

I normally don’t do reviews but buyer beware. I moved from a 1 bedroom apt. I personally packed everything myself and stacked it at the door for easy removal on a 1st floor apartment they were a hour late to arrive even after I agreed to accommodate pushing my time back. Came in on the phone because things promised on the booking were missing. One of the drivers kept moving the truck even though I gave him a place to park by the time they got started it was half hour past due.
I LOVE YOUR FAKE REVIEWS AND FAKE PROFILES SO THEY ALL GO TO THE TOP AND HIDE YOUR ACTUAL 1 STAR REVIEWS FROM REAL CUSTOMERS. Our moving experience was horrible, we made a $50 deposit that was never applied to our final bill, no big deal they told us they would take care of the mistake, never showed up on credit card statement and we are two months after moving date that we used their service. they would not return my calls or texts.
We take every customer concern seriously and always go above and beyond to make things right, In Brittanys case including offering direct item replacement and a home repair technician on-site the very NEXT DAY.
This company is crazy work. Beware. Booked a move, ended up not needing it so I called Friday October 24th and left a voicemail as no one answered. Texted on Monday, October 27th that I needed to cancel and was told I would be charged 2 hour minimum due to not a week notice. Didn't even argue because I have AMEX and they always take care of me.

I would give zero stars if I could. The entire move start to finish was a scam. The moving team themselves were great, the guys were really nice, they also seemed genuinely frustrated with the moving day events as the home office was completely unresponsive after the initial 9am call to address the missing included item issues. For 8 more hours we got no response whatsoever, not me, not the moving team themselves, no one. The booking team lied about pricing, lied about included items and benefits.

The move went great. guys were friendly. quick. and thorough. Only until i started going through my things a few days later and realized they had shattered multiple candles that are special editions and also chipped the paint off my dresser. When I tried reaching out and texted whoever I had been texting before the move, no response. I still have yet to get a response from anyone for the damage they caused. I even tipped the guys extra on top of it. wont be doing that again.
These guys were really sweet. I had no issue with the movers or with the man I talked to on the phone. I had a problem with the over in total of the move. I moved a one room apartment. Just one room!! No appliances, no big boxes. A couch and a bedroom set. The total for that small move was 917 dollars. I wish I was kidding. Almost a grand for a very small move. I moved a lot.. ALOT. 5 bedroom homes, office spaces with desks, fridges, you name it, and I have NEVER been charged that much. What a rip off.

The worst moving company ever! The gauge your time, the “movers” are inexperienced kids, they don’t wrap your furniture and leave you with damages that cost more than the move! They leave stuff behind and don’t complete the job. Worst experience ever!

Moving can be such a stressful experience, but working with Hogan and his team completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, Hogan was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I had a lot of questions about scheduling, pricing, and how the whole process would go, and he was patient and thorough in explaining everything. He even gave me a few helpful tips to make packing and unpacking easier, which I really appreciated. On moving day, the team arrived right on time, and they came fully prepared.

Was in a bind when me and my fiancé made the decision to move her down to Arizona from Michigan, Hogan and the Az Move Masters team definitely made it a stress free environment! EXCELLENT customer service!! Gave us exact time frames and updates on when they would arrive to destinations, they are extremely careful with your belongings treating them like they’re their own belongings with care and delicacy, not to mention the most fast and efficient team of movers i’ve personally witnessed, and I’ve use serval moving…
I highly recommend AZ Masters Moving Company!!! I used Google to find a local moving company to use, and even though they were only a two-year-old company, their reviews were so good that I decided to call them. I got bids from three other companies as well, which were much higher. Although AZ Masters Moving Service was a lower price, I still would not have used them if their reviews weren’t so great and I didn’t feel good about them while getting their bid.

I found these guys online and reached out because they had such positive reviews for their customer service and efficiency. The other reviewers did not disappoint. Hogan reached out to set up a phone call to go over our needs and was incredibly responsive during the lead up to our move, working with us on multiple dates and changes to our schedule. Hogan & Max showed up on time each day ready to absolutely bust butt moving.
