I give everyone a chance to resolve an issue. I don’t take writing a negative review lightly. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My move was Sept 28 so I have given adequate time for resolution. Robert the customer service manager has continued to ignore my messages. We had 4 movers . 3 of them were amazing ! The lead was Nathanial and that is where all the issues stemmed. He blatantly ruined a very expensive sofa by dragging it across the wood floor in the truck.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! The crew that we're supposed to move me came 3 hours late. Stalled by playing on their phones talking on their phones going to the bathroom. I was charged for mattress covers and they didn't even move a bed. At the end of the trip I had asked for a specific tote that had tools in it. The one Guy told me he didn't bring it. Which is a lie I check the storage prior to them leaving and I locked the door.

Our experience was terrible. The main mover was extremely hostile, caused major damage to the unit. We were moving out of and cursed and complained about having to move furniture upstairs at our new home. He harassed my wife and I had to come home just so she felt safe with them in the house. She even offered them drinks as it was a very hot day in May. The man was stewing around our home, not being careful with any of our furniture, coughing and complaining the entire time. It was extremely uncomfortable.

All My Sons Moving? More Like All My Regrets! If you're considering All My Sons Moving for your upcoming move, look elsewhere! My recent experience was an absolute nightmare. Here's why you should avoid them: * Broken Belongings: My furniture arrived battered and bruised. I paid extra for insurance, but getting any compensation has been a bureaucratic nightmare. I had to be the one to reach out to All My Sons regarding compensation bc they never reached out to me, which I was told they would.
PLEASE BE AWARE!! We are extremely unhappy with our experience with All My Sons. I called around for weeks to see who offered the lowest prices, and all my sons suggested 2 guys for 2 hours of moving. I put a deposit down because they seemed to be the cheapest option. 3 days prior to our move, I got an email saying that I needed to call and confirm the move information. I already spent 30 minutes the first time I spoke with them listing off every item that was needed to move, flights of stairs, etc.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the moving services I received. The entire moving process was unacceptable and did not meet the expectations that were promised to me. First, the truck that was sent was too small to accommodate all of my belongings. Because of this, I am now being forced to pay an additional $300 out of my own today to have the rest of my belongings transported. Second, only two movers were sent for my move.
We are deeply disappointed that we have failed to exceed your expectations while using our move services, and we extend our heartfelt apologies, Yours. Providing exceptional service has always been at the core of our mission.
I used All My Sons for a local move on June 11, 2026. We previously used them 4 years ago and they got five stars. This time, just one star. Our moving crew: Chuck, Chris and Cory were outstanding! But the crew was not provided with the proper amount of packing material for the job so a lot of our dishes could not be packed. Also, all of our household goods could not fit on the truck. I was assured after my accurate interview with a company representative the a 26 ft truck was more than enough! Wrong!

The driver, Anthony and his co-worker Ossac were Promp, Courteus, Personable. They did a Careful and Great job In making no sure our furniture was fully protected in their handling and covering. **UPDATE - A company representative reached out to me to discuss my concerns and worked with me to bring this the matter to a resolution. I appreciate her communication, professionalism and willingness to address the situation. The two movers they sent were very nice, professional, and did not complain once, even though we were moving out of a third-floor apartment. Nothing was damaged, and they moved all of the furniture I did not want to handle myself. My concern was the pricing, not the movers.
