I recently used their service and it was a bad experience. They charged us $1700 for the move for 1bed apartment with a small den. The move happened over 2 days instead of one. They broke our plant pots and told us after getting the tip. All the other ratings look fake to me now. Check yelp reviews, the ratings there looks more real. Please look for someone else and save yourself.
Hello Mayur, I'm very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our services for your recent move. Had you mentioned any of this to us, we would have attempted to make things right and change your feelings on the matter.
Very dissatisfied with their work. They did half the job we asked them to do. Complained that the job was taking too long. But the one mover had enough time to be on a phone call for about 20 minutes instead of working and helping his coworkers. I would not recommend this moving company. Also got the run around in trying to make an appointment and then filing a claim with their business. Over a week and still no return phone call or email.

Used this company a few years ago and it was a great experience. Was so impressed I hired them again. Not so good this time around. Two holes in my wall (they did offer to come back and fix them) and many things not moved. Lights, boxes, and large vases left behind. The owner responded but couldn’t help until after I would no longer have access to my former place. What was worst of all, I was not told about the left-behind-items! Too bad.

Be sure you have good insurance if you use this company. We had 2 trucks moving 3 houses, one truck was good the other was horrible. They almost destroyed a 3500 dollar sewing cabinet because they did not wrap it with shrink wrap. They did destroy an oak desk and a chest of drawers. They also scratched several of our wood pieces. Everyday as we unpack we find more damage 💔

I was quoted a price by two people from the office if the job was done in less than two hours, but they charged me almost $200 more for the job that was done in an hour and a half. The movers did a good job and I even tipped them but I am not at all happy with them and would not recommend them.

Scratched our Ethan Allen furniture, broke one of our tables (beyond repair), broke our kayak wheels and lost two of our boxes.
Hello WS, I have been dealing with you on your missing boxes for a couple months now, and this is the first I am hearing about any scratches or damages to any of your belongings. I would have made right on those issues had you included them in your claim submitted regarding the missing boxes/items.

Brandon and Felipe were awesome! Handled everything with care and wrapped things to the GODS! Efficient too, and on time, very professional. Got my move from Gilbert to Central Phoenix (2 br apartment) done in 4 hours total! They even offered to stay a little bit to ensure everything was where I wanted it and if I needed help setting up anything. Loved that everything was upfront in cost. Only thing I wish could’ve been different was that I should’ve had them pack for me! Lol. I would definitely use NewView again.

Highly recommend! We hired NewView for our move and were very pleased. Marcus came to our home and estimated the move. His quote was the best price and their reputation, based on some online background checking, was excellent. They are local to our Mesa location as well. Marcus was very responsive to questions and we received several helpful emails on preparing for our move. Robert, R.J. & Eric were our crew and they were great. We reached out to NewView Moving in Gilbert after another moving company left us high and dry on a full move out of state. We were in a tough spot and now having to pack and move everything very very quickly on our own. We started packing and moving but knew we would not be able to do some of the large furnature we had upstairs, and needed help. We needed them the next day, and knew chances were slim as we had contacted several other moving companies and noone could help us the next day.

We used this service to move from east Mesa to Maricopa. We were told the movers would be starting between 730 and 830 and they were ready right at 730. The time and price we were quoted ending up being a bit lower, so this was an incredible value. The three gentlemen that moved us were fantastic. They were so fast and efficient, and even offered to put together some furniture for us. They were wonderfully kind and professional.
