We used your moving services on October 9th to pack and load the ABF/U-Pack truck to Denver. The day started off a bit rocky when Aaron and Kai showed up 30 minutes late. After taking inventory of the items that needed to be packed and the truck situation, they were off to work. Unfortunately, that's when my husband and I started to notice some issues.

BAIT and SWITCH BUYER BEWARE SEE PHOTOS Like many in the country the past two years has been particularly hard for us. I was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in the fall of 2019 and while undergoing treatments and multiple surgeries COVID-19 hit. Like many people, I lost my employment which pushed us out of the Bay Area. In March 2021 we made the decision to relocate to be near family and employment opportunities. After reviewing YELP, we contracted B2 Moving as it appeared they were a reputable business.

I had hired B2 Moving 2nd time, but their staff changed or what the hell happened to this company, they completely lost it. They damaged my brand new dining table, then started arguing, then they threatened to stop the move, the lead told all his guys to start unpacking stuff. After an hour of discussion and I agreed to pay for the move even after the damage, their attitude became very negative, the speed of their work slowed down significantly.

This company is the worst nightmare a person could experience! The movers spoke Russian the whole time, 1 guy was very old, they never wore booties on their shoes, and they pushed the dolly across my new carpet everytime, and also damaged my apartment walls, they only unloaded 1/4 of my truck, then said they had to go to next client and broke a lot of my furniture, they dumped my desk on its side and everything fell out of the drawers on the street, and broke the desk legs.

Had B2 movers move a few heavy items for us June 14 . they completely dented up our 8 month old Kitchenaide Fridge, broke the back panel off a one of a kind armoire and broke our adjustable bed frame. the move was 1 block away they used rocks under our furniture to lift it on dollie’s . I have been reaching out to get some kind of compensation and no one will return our calls. i sentvthemnn b pictures of all the damage the day of the move. Do Not use these guys if you have any thing of value.

My heirloom grand piano was unplayable. The keyboard had been damaged. The insurance we purchased turned out to be useless. Logan argued that they are not responsible because the damage to the piano was "mechanical, not physical." We have yet to receive any money, and the repair cost is more than $2000.

They did a great job every step of the way. The initial quoting and scheduling were clear and communication was always excellent. The movers showed up promptly at the scheduled time and were very careful and thoughtful about the moving, taking care to wrap and protect the pieces that needed extra care. They unpacked everything with the same care and even did an incredible job reassembling the furniture they had to take apart for the move. I'll def be calling them again for my next move!

B2 moving company did a fantastic job with my move they took pride in handling my furniture. I had a lot of Glass. They made sure that it was wrapped properly and was handled care when we got to the new house, they placed my furniture where I wanted and then put my bed together I love how they took pride in there work and their prices were pretty good we definitely referred them to anybody that is Moving
