In their own words
We had an outstanding experience with Careful Movers. Our team of three—Adrian, Jose, and Jose—was incredibly fast, responsive, and professional from start to finish. They moved our entire 3-bedroom house in just over six hours, handling everything with care and efficiency. Communication was clear, they worked seamlessly together, and they made what’s usually a stressful day feel smooth and organized. We’ve moved at least five times, and this was hands down the best moving team we’ve had yet. Highly recommend!
Thank you, Evan, for sharing such a thoughtful review and for trusting Careful Movers with your local move. We are so pleased to hear that Adrian, Jose, and Jose provided responsive, professional service and worked together to move your 3 bedroom home with such care and efficiency.
Careful Movers did a very good job with finishing my packing, organizing items from my house and a nearby storage unit, and moving them safely and efficiently from Portland, OR to the Bay Area (San Francisco) in the timeframe promised. The crew was prompt, efficient, and easy to work with during a stressful time (moving is stressful!).
Thank you, Brian, for the thoughtful review! We're so glad our team could help make your long distance move from Portland to San Francisco smooth and stress free. From packing and storage to safe transport, it's our goal to bring … More
Just used them. They work fast and well. I’d rate them higher except some scam business practices. Hourly rate includes truck and movers. High but fair. The scam part is minimum four hours. And truck fuel surcharge flat fee (regardless of distance). My move last two hours and distance was 10 blocks. I was scrambling against a date deadline so I agreed to it, but would never do it again. Charge whatever you want per hour, but minimum 4hours is a scam especially if you’re targeting small moves.
Careful movers is very good, I will book again. Timely, communicative, and efficient. Mat B. did a thorough intake and provided an accurate estimate. Shenna O. was an excellent coordinator. Thank you to the incredible moving crew Hector S., David M., Gustavo C., Julio G. for handling the move with care, safety, flexibility and fast pace. Home surfaces and items were treated respectfully. We are very satisfied with their service.
