Awful experience! The moving crew was led by Cesar. They were unprofessional and careless. They dumped my daughter's Legos into a box, completely destroying them. My daughter was heartbroken, she spent hours carefully putting them together. They lost my TV remote control and power cable! They forgot to empty four drawers in the kitchen even though I told them many times that all the kitchen drawers needed to be emptied. I had to come back the next day with boxes to pack what they didn't.

2 months prior to our move, Jared gave us an estimate over the phone, 6 grand, then it went to 8 grand, again over the phone. 3 days before our move I called his office and was told our contract was sold to Princz! I called Princz and was told my price was now $18,000! This is a full 3 bed home from Oregon to Idaho. This was a blow! Princz was consistently 8-10 hours late, many broken/ damaged items...too much to list. Do NOT USE ONTRACK OR PRINCZ MOVING!!

I'm normally a very understanding person and always try to be helpful with others. However, I am extremely UNSATISFIED with Ontrack Moving's UNPROFESSIONAL service performed for our neighbors recently. To provide context, our building has stairs connecting the first and second levels - people are supposed to lift items and avoid bumping heavy things against the stairs when moving between levels to avoid damaging the stairs.

Awful and expensive. Basically the worst 2 combinations. We paid over $5k for our move and to have them do some packing as well (oh packing is $120/hr for 2 + crazy cost for boxes). Let me try to recap all the bad stuff. We spoke to them many times "can you move the drawers full" we were told 3 times, yes we can. What happened they dumped our drawers. Which was hap hazard and made it hard to find items. We had some artwork we had done for our baby, they just threw it in a box no protection, it broke.

Oreal and Alejandro were great. A little slow. It took 6.5 hours for a 1 bedroom. 900$ later. I'll never use them again.

a literal red carpet experience. highly professional from start to finish. this was our first time using a moving service so we didn't know what to expect, but it surpassed anything we could have imagined. we just finished unpacking & everything was packed with care & accounted for, even some cash & valuables that i forgot to pack separately. not a cheap service but definitely worth the price point. hope to never have to move again, but will use Ontrack if needed in the future.

Excellent service and value. Edwin and Domingo were especially top notch in quality and care. Many times I only gave instructions one time and they followed it exactly, despite the complexity and multiple moving projects occuring simultaneously. They performed our move from San Jose to Portland and I highly recommend Ontrack Moving for your relocation needs. I especially appreciated the flat rate and all inclusive pricing which was seamless and very straightforward.
It took five people five hours to move all of my things into the storage unit, and I was proud of us for being fast, young, jacked, and efficient. Carlos and Tony from OnTrack moved it all into my new place in an hour and a half. I had heavy antique furniture, delicate kitchenware, stairs, and a narrow front door entrance. Five stars.
