We were quoted $3400 for our move and then on moving day they charged us $5000!!! We called and the owner never called us back. This is quite a jump in price! Not happy at all. We got several bids for moving companies and we went with gorilla because we heard they were the best.

I have given them a 5 star review in the past but after my most recent move with them I'd give the company itself less then zero if possible. I payed the extra 25 dollars to have move my 65 inch oled 1800 dollar tv. After they moved it to my new home it is broken. But since it was internally damaged and not a broken screen there policy doesn't cover the damages. Absolute joke of a company. Thanks gorilla movers for giving me an expensive paperweight.
What a shame...the actual movers were great but they put a large hole in a wall and crushed a metal transition on our stairs. The movers said someone would be in contact that day. I have called and talked to Lexi three times, emailed them and begged them and they just will not address the problem. I can't imagine letting something like this go. I fixed the drywall myself but have no idea what to do with the transition.

Very dissapointed with how they kept going up with the price. The Company did not honor my requests I asked to be noted on my account. Since I could not be there to supervise the move, I feel like I was taken advantage of. So now my personal things are held because of your communication breakdown. Sorry doing business with the Company. Had Vintage Metal Milk jug filled with about $1000 worth of coins, gone!

Great moving company and very honest with customers. NOT a good company to former employees who resigned (in my experience). They refused to communicate with me after I said I would no longer be working for them even after explaining the importance of the documentation I needed. I asked several times and waited multiple weeks, but never was contacted back.
Movers were great but management is terrible. They admitted they didn’t send enough people to move my piano so when they damaged it during the move they told me I would get money to cover the cost of repairs. That was three months ago. Still waiting for my $730 check that Lexi said was “on the way” over a month ago…
Worse customer service! Nicki and the team have absolutely no idea how to box or package equipment. We shared photos and videos but they still failed miserably to do a 5 mins job for 1 hour. NEVER TRUST THEM! Nicki needs to be coached and mentored for her lack of resources and communication.

The worse customer service! They don’t know how to box anything. The are lacking resources and customer service. Be really careful of their false promises.

I recently downsized from a 3000 sq/ft home to an 800sq/ft apartment. Gorilla Movers of Wisconsin had also recently delivered a mattress for me and I appreciated the promptness and customer service. Gorilla had a fair price and I decided to use their services again. This move was a tough one for me as it was from my dream home to a small apartment. I have hired moving companies before with mixed results. This move could not have gone any better and it was mostly due to Jamarius T.
It was a pleasure to meet you and assist you with your move. We are always here to "make moving easy" and look forward seeing you again for all of your moving needs.
A 3 man crew showed up promptly at the time they said they'd arrive. Josh, Jacob and Dustin were very personable and friendly. I took them through the house, showed them what needed to be loaded up and proceeded to work a little while they did their thing. I anticipated a couple hours for them to load up a piano, oversized 8 person hot tub, treadmill, a sofa and loveseat. Not only did they load everything up in record time - maybe 40 minutes - everything was wrapped up tight and securely fastened.

Sam, Jordan, Anthony, Anton and Lexi helped us move last week. They did a fantastic job! Even my mom, who is the hardest working person I know and she holds people to that same unrealistic standard, was impressed. From the moment they arrived it felt like they constantly ran to get the trucks loaded. They had the trucks loaded and ready to go a couple hours earlier than expected. And that is trucks - plural. Even after they were part way through unloading the trucks they were still moving at a crazy fast pace.
