I had a really disappointing experience with Banning Moving. The movers arrived late and seemed unprepared for the job. Several of my boxes were handled carelessly, and one of my lamps was broken during the move. Customer service didn’t seem very helpful when I reported the issue. Definitely not the professional service I expected.
This is not a Banning Moving Client. Its a fake review.
Banning Moving was not worth the money. The quote I received initially was much lower than the final bill. After the move was completed, they added extra charges that were never explained beforehand. It felt very misleading and frustrating.

Our last correspondence was 1/19/23 I stated I would like to resolved this issue and I don't know what they are going to charge. I was never provided a price until right now. I would be happy to reimburse the price for damage which I would have before this post.

Banning Moving was absolutely terrific. Perfectly punctual, courteous, very careful, A truly excellent experience. I could not recommend them more highly.
If I could give 100 out of 10 I would. These guys are some of the most impressive workers I've ever seen. Extremely kind and polite, very thoughtful in their approach, kept us informed throughout every step - the list of good things to say goes on and on. We used them to get all our big stuff, furniture, TVs, beds, office stuff and were absolute pros. Not one scratch on any wall or any of our stuff. I had to beg them to take a water break because we moved during a 100+ degree heat wave.
Derek, Mike w, and Frank came to our home in central jersey and did a fantastic job packing our whole lives into their truck. I had no worries they would treat our items like their own. They held the truck overnight and John, Derek and Scott moved everything into our new home in south jersey. Once again, phenomenal service. They were fast but handled everything with care. The owner Rob picked up every time I called and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.
This company came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. The entire process was seamless. The team worked so hard on one of the hottest days. I would recommend Banning Moving to anyone I know looking for a moving company. Great service, great price.
