Avoid this company at all costs. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 AM, but they didn’t show up until around 2:30 PM after countless phone calls. Since I had to move the same day, I had no choice but to continue. I originally booked 3 movers, but the company told me they would send 5 movers instead and assured me the move would be completed in about 4 hours for roughly the same estimated price. Instead, the move took nearly 7 hours.
SCAM - I moved from upstate NY to NJ and was charged double the amount of hours worked. When I called initially and received a quote for the move it was $900 for 5 hours and $220/hr after that (great). I then sent photos of all the items …

Would recommend to anyone moving in NYC area. The crew arrived on time, was very polite, was careful to wrap and protect all material, and worked quickly. Service was priced based on a crew size and total hours worked. No surprise fees for “extra flights”, “differing conditions”, etc.
We had a fantastic experience moving across boroughs with Pro Moving. We underestimated how much stuff we had, and underpacked, and Solomon and Eugene saved the day. They transported valuables and way more boxes than we had given them notice on (sorry!) across NYC on an extremely warm day and made adjustments to their own schedule to get everything done at a good price. Deeply appreciated their work and would recommend.

Ferdous, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear the entire process was simple and hassle-free from beginning to end. Keeping our customers informed, arriving on time, and making every move as smooth as possible are things our team works hard to deliver on every job.
Fantastic moving experience. The crew was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled a challenging fourth-floor walk-up without complaint and treated all of my belongings with care. The entire move was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Thank you
