We were originally quoted for a 5 hour move, our move ended up taking 9 hours. During the drive between houses the movers were MIA an extra hour and it wasn’t until I called dispatch that they informed me of that. I agreed to the cost and time of the move via messaging on Yelp. I provided a list of large items and then informed them of a high # of boxes. They informed me all contracts would be given at the move, but if we went over time it would be an extra X dollars per hour, which was fine.

We had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. From the moment George arrived at our apartment, he had an aggressive and unprofessional attitude. He repeatedly mentioned that it was his day off, as if we had somehow forced him to come to work for free. It made us feel uncomfortable right from the start. Throughout the move, whenever we politely asked him to place items in specific rooms or locations, he would sigh loudly and roll his eyes, making us feel like we were inconveniencing him.
