In their own words
This company completely broke my trust. They gave me a nice low estimate on the phone, but once my things were on the truck, everything changed. Suddenly there were ‘extra fees’ and demands for cash. I felt trapped, because all of my belongings were in their hands. When my furniture finally arrived, several items were damaged a broken table, scratches on my dresser, and a missing box that they never returned.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Remy and his team are amazing! They arrived on time and were quick and efficient, all while being careful with our furniture. Excellent communication as well; they made sure all of our furniture was placed where we wanted it and they let us know of any issues with placement. Remy and his team are also very friendly and personable. They are truly the best of the best. I highly recommend Moving Makeover!

Ramone Moving Makeover was outstanding! They were professional, fast, and their pricing was very fair. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond—carefully handling antiques and offering expert advice on how to place the furniture in the room. Their knowledge and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them!
