Mike & his crew ( Rome & Nick) were AMAZING!!! Mike was very responsive to all our questions & concerns ( moving for the first time in 43 years was overwhelming)! He did everything he could to make this as seamless as possible! He & his team arrived promptly , treated everything with the greatest care & respect yet were so incredibly efficient & expertly fast as they safely transported our things to our new home.
Our initial phone call was answered by a real person (no robots, no menu)! We were kept informed right up to agreed upon arrival time. We requested interior furniture moving. It could not have gone more smoothly. The two gentlemen were extremely careful regarding the furniture and premises. They were polite, very professional, and most accommodating. We will certainly call on them in the future. If you aren’t using Bates Moving, you’re using the wrong one!
If I could give them six stars I would. Great movers, great communication, and a good price. Can’t believe how easy they made everything and tried hard to move up my schedule at my request. Super professional group with a very professional leader in all aspects. All the five start reviews are real, feel free to contact me.
I was extremely nervous about my move as I was relocating to the West Coast of Florida from Massachusetts. I was referred to Bates Moving by a friend. From the time they arrived at my apartment until the end of my move, I knew I was in the most capable of hands. Mike’s demeanor is calming and reassuring. Mike, Nick, and Brandon packed all of my fragile pieces, including my oil and water color paintings (that my grandfather painted), expensive glass lamps, vases, and other fragile items.
