Purchased last September. The piano is itself is good. Delivery was delayed until late October due to availability. It was supposed to be tuned after delivery included in cost. At deliver we we're told it should wait some to acclimate to the house and then they could come. After a month we called to schedule tuning and we're told they'd have to talk to the tuner for to find availability because of the distance. A year after the purchase now it still hasn't been tuned.

Was very disappointed with the move of my piano. They damaged both a leg of the piano and the bench. I would not recommend these people. They were very careless and were more concerned about a show they were attending that evening.
Hi Carol, We are very sorry for this and extremely disappointed that our movers did not inform us of any issues. As a small family run business we strive for excellent customer service and had we known about the damage we would have offered to repair any damages.

Great buying experience. Elijah was very pleasant and extremely helpful in guiding me through a couple of options. He sent me a video so I could appreciate the piano before hosting me at the store. After the sale the delivery team showed right on time and were great. Answered all my questions and allowed me to feel comfortable about the piano location inside of the house. Very pacient and efficient.
I just had a piano delivered to my home in Rockland and just had to let management of Piano Mill in Rockland that the two young men Robbie and Brandon were outstanding in customer service. Not only were they very professional and careful but very kind and respectful to me and my home. You should be very proud of these guys for representing your company with class and excellence!! WTG
I purchased my gently used Baldwin baby grand piano at The Piano Mill for a very good price. I had an exceptional experience working with Eli. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and condition of each piano I tried. I returned several times to try out multiple pianos—they have a wide range of high quality pianos, all well maintained. Eli was so helpful throughout the process and completely focused on helping me find the right piano for me.
So pleased with my experience with all the folks at Piano Mill. From the time I walked in the door, I got all the help I needed (including some time to just sit and play at several pianos — bring your music when you come!). I was looking to upgrade from a Baldwin spinet I’d had for years, and found just what I was looking for in terms of sound and touch that will help my playing grow. Several financing plans were available, and the delivery team was excellent. I could not be happier!
