Avoid at All Costs! If you're considering Paiz Piano Movers, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Our experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they assured us they could move our piano into our home with ease. However, they failed spectacularly and ended up storing our piano for two years—not the plan we signed up for. To make matters worse, during this entire period, they didn’t send a single bill.
Hello Elizabeth, I’m sorry you feel this way. Legal actions were taken as you didn’t want to pay at all. After many texts back and forth, I did give you an option to pay half … More
I had hired Bushell Piano mover years back and had a wonderful experience, so I referred family to consider Paiz Piano movers (as Bushell's successor)for the piano's next move to CT. They did not show up this morning or return my 2 calls. I saw their email confirmation which stated the correct date and time, the window was 7:30-8am, I waited until 9:45am, and prior to leaving left 2 messages to call me with a 15" heads up so I could return home to let them pickup the piano.
This company is not trustable. They were supposed to move a piano for me as a Christmas surprise. I was texting them the day before the pick up and then they just didn’t bother showing up and wouldn’t answer any calls or texts the day of …
We scheduled a date and they canceled and moved it to the next day an hour before they were supposed to be there. The next day they never show up and didn’t respond to any emails or calls. Do not move with them.
Hello Mr Shetye. I apologize for the bad experience you had with us. Please reach out to us, we would like to know how make it up to you. Thank you

These guys are GREAT. They moved two Grand Pianos for us today professionally, efficiently and safely, and for a completely fair price. Communication was clear and quick. Ask for Cesar. Wonderful!
Thanks for your review
Cesar and his crew were on time and handled my new piano with tons of care. They wrapped it up tight and moved it vary carefully from one house to the other. I would recommend them HIGHLY and will certainly hire them for another piano move if needed.
Excellent job and great service! Paiz piano movers stored my piano for a couple years, moving it in and out of storage to different residences. Stairs and narrow corridors were no problem, they moved the piano without damage to it or the …
