Originally, I gave this storage 5 stars. Great people, great storage. However that turned out NOT to be the case. After the first leak that they assured us they took care of, we had a rain storm. My husband and I just happened to go to our storage as it was raining to find 4 leaks in the roof, a ruined bookshelf, and some misc boxes destroyed from the water.

Canceled the truck cause the rain kept $15 for paperwork fee's. Caused more hardship to my elderly disabled mother then they can imagine. I only gave them a 1 star cause I couldn't give them -10 stars. Because someone in the background said the F word they refused to rent to my mom.. absolutely disappointed..!!!
They didn't allow me to get clothes for work to be able to continue working and they sold my personal paper work to a Random person. That is against the Law.

Three people are friendly and look good neat storages and respect people rule. But the gate is lock not open for us July 22th three times Thursday the person in the office not watch video or not pay attention or force on work on the computers. I have been with Bear Valley Apatite Storage since 2012. I have moved units about 3 times within BVAS and have always been very happy with their customer service, their payments reminders ( THANK GOODNESS ) and never once have I heard in the entire time that I have been there, I have never heard of any security issues happening. Staff are very caring, compassionate and helpful. I can't bring myself to leave unless I Finally HAVE to leave. I will never use another storage facility up here in the HD.

Excellent Service. Been in other storage places and there is really no comparison. I really appreciate that they answer the phone, and happily help in any way they can. Try them out, you'll wish you made the change sooner.
Rented at this location for over a year, staff was always helpful and kind. Daniel, the manager truly knows how to deal with customer satisfaction would definitely recommend anybody to this location. Great job guys.!!!!!
