In their own words
First off, the guys who came out had great customer service. Markus kept everything moving and made sure the crew stayed on track, which I really appreciated. Venus was super sweet and made sure I felt heard. This was a packing and moving service, and while there were some good parts, there were a lot of issues too. I sent some feedback to Venus on May 18, and at that time, I was told the mini-fridge that was damaged during the move would be replaced the following week.

These guys were great; responsive, nice, good energy. ….until something goes wrong. They moved a heavy piece across our wood floors and dented the heck out of them. I was still pleasant, asked if they had a floor guy they could send over to assess. They said they did and would would come over with him. No call, no show. Now they won’t respond. I really didn’t want to be the first negative review and I certainly gave them an opportunity to make it right.

Cancelled on the day of due to “weather”. Owner was seen posting all day long on day of move on facebook. There turned out to be ZERO bad weather. They just did not want to do the job and were extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

They were very well dressed, they mapped out their plan to move my things, and executed their services in a timely manner. All of my things were safely moved and in tact. The guys from Bearded Movers, who helped me move, were excellent. They worked quickly and carefully. They took good care of my furniture and boxes to make sure nothing was damaged. They were pleasant and very accommodating. They helped stage my apartment and placed everything exactly where I wanted it to be without any difficulty. My new apartment is on the third floor, and they were troopers to move everything up to the third floor in a very timely manner.
I moved out of a townhouse and was approved for my first new home 30 days later. When I called my last mover he was ill and not able to help me. But no fear! Brandon the owner of Bearded Movers gave me an excellent quote with only a two day notice. Not only was he on time and effective but he was fast!! Within 3 1/2 hours Brandon and Marcus were able to make two stops one being to a 10x30 storage unit then to the new house.
