2nd update: Tristin never delivered my table yesterday as promised and also never even returned my call. I was promised last week “don’t worry I won’t ghost you on your table.” disappointed a highly rated company doesn’t take responsibility and isn’t even courteous. I’m out an expensive piece of furniture. There have been no unreasonable demands by us and customers.

Beware of Their Non-Binding Estimates My wife and I are seniors, and we recently needed movers to relocate from Greer to Travelers Rest. We were completely transparent about the amount of furniture and number of boxes we had. MoveCrew provided us with a non-binding estimate of $3,800, which included two trucks and four men for up to 10 hours. During the move itself, I was presented twice with digital charges that I was told I must sign in order for the move to continue.
I hired move crew two weeks ago to unload my pods to my new home. I signed a contract, paid $100 deposit, discussed all the details of the move with Trystin and when I arrived at the agreed upon time, 8:30 am, they were nowhere to be found. I called, text, emailed, sent Instagram and Facebook messages, but zero response. They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with, to not even call on an incredibly vulnerable day for a new clients who just arrived to town, is disgraceful.
Jessica, this is Dax following up from our phone call that occurred next-morning (first thing Monday). We take full responsibility for the scheduling conflict and returned your deposit immediately. Your move was booked within our Charleston office for a POD unload on a Sunday.
The movers were good guys and worked hard, but I cant give a 5 star rating when I still have a refrigerator in the garage on the 1st floor and a big empty opening for it in the kitchen on the 2nd floor. It is apparently against policy for them to remove the doors, so I called 2 days later to see if they could send a 2nd opinion crew out after I took the doors off. I got a call back from someone who said they would run the request to mgmt but no word back from them as of today.
Move Crew Greenville/Charleston SC In July 2025 Move Crew moved a substantial portion of our furniture from Hollywood,SC to our new home in Summerville, SC In the process there was significant damage to the majority of our furniture.One piece in particular was an expensive wood and curved glass cabinet. When the truck arrived at the new house, one of the movers informed us the cabinet with the curved glass was broken and would take it back to their facility for repair.
If I could give this company zero stars it would be too many. We did not realize our furniture had so many scratches and gouges from this moving company until it reached our CT home. We took pictures of all the damage and have video of their men NOT wrapping all of our pieces of furniture. There was also an issue with a gas container left on the truck, after we contacted the company to let them know about it and they assured us it would be taken off prior to the truck leaving SC.
Diane, We’re sorry to hear this continues to be your perspective. As previously discussed with our claims director, the gas odor — which you’ve noted as the primary concern — resulted from a 5-gallon bucket placed in the "to be loaded" pile within the garage.
Update: DO NOT WASTE YOUR DAMN TIME WITH THIS COMPANY PERIOD! I’ve unpacked my items and so many things were damaged and misplaced! Completely frustrating and just unacceptable, makes putting together your furniture harder without the screws needed. I will attach the damaged caused to my dresser that was hidden behind the wrap the company swear is there to protect your items. UPDATE: Tristyn reached out to make things right in a matter of two days, which shows the company values customers feedback.

We hired Move Crew to provide moving labor for our relocation out of state. The move involved two phases with the first date for loading being August 10th and the second scheduled for September 1st. While the 2 person crew was punctual and friendly, we were disappointed to find that when we unloaded the truck at its destination, one of our favorite mid century modern dressers was damaged.
Sheryl, ultimately our guys upon the initial move should have used every moving blanket that you made available to them & this experience would have been very routine with ease. Shrink wrap is only beneficial for keeping drawers compact.

Move Crew recently moved us only 25 minutes away and their very courteous and professional crew started work immediately stretch wrapping every single item and carefully placing it in the truck, covering with moving blankets as if it were going across the country. The move went smoothly, unpacking everything at the new location and placing it where we wanted it with the same great courteous attitude at a fair price.
We hired Move Crew for a relocation just across state lines from north to south Carolina. Three men showed up 10 minutes ahead of schedule, worked efficiently, quietly, and neatly wrapping and protecting every piece of furniture, every piece of art, and all of our valuables. They wrapped things better than I would have done myself. Everything was carefully loaded onto a truck and driven directly to our new home, where it was unloaded with the same precision and professionalism as it had been loaded.
I can’t say enough about MOVE CREW as a company!! Hands down the best experience we’ve had with moving EVER (& we’ve moved several times!) Trystan, Matt, Dax, Braylen, Chase, Jarrod, &Johnny. We had a huge move- 5 bedroom house from Charleston SC to Birmingham. These guys worked their tales off in almost 100 degree heat. The entire process was seamless. Great communication, incredibly professional and respectful. Not a single thing got damaged.
