I don't know what amazing service a lot of others are referring to in their reviews, but my experience with them has been horrible. Tiger Moving moved my upstairs neighbors out of their apartment. Tiger told my neighbors it would take about 6 hours... we're now going on our 36th hour. They started at 8am on a Sunday morning, moving heavy furniture through our building. By the afternoon, the workers were blasting music while "doing their work," and they continued until 9:50pm. On a Sunday, people.

Not good. Showed up 1 hour late with no call or notice. Broke our $2500 smart TV on the move, with no remedies even though we got insurance. Inefficient with time having 2 guys sit around while 3rd finished up. Find someone else.

Don’t let the 5 stars fool you. I used Tiger Moving Company in January 2020. I am disabled, and I was/am still recovering from shoulder and replacement surgeries. I needed a company to not only move me, but to pack me as well. Tiger Moving was recommended to me by several people on the Greenville Native group on Facebook. Packers arrived right on time at 9:00 am on January 9, 2020. There were two men who began packing me. As soon as they began packing, I told them to please label each box.

I hired this company based on the recommendation of a friend. They provided a quote based on a series of questions they emailed to me. I answered the questions with the caveat that I thought they should come look at the house and it's contents. They provided a range of cost since it's all hourly based, which is normal and understandable. We physically moved 70% of the normal sized boxes ourselves the week prior, all that was left was the garage, 30% of the boxes and the large furniture items.

I’ve used this company twice before to move and had no issues Today I am not available to be there and my girlfriend is working with the crew. Not only have they made comments about another job and being tired, but they have taken three times as long to move nearly the same amount of stuff as they did last time and are not done. My girlfriend wrote earlier to say that the truck was being packed rather loosely and was concerned.

I have never written a bad review of a company before, however after multiple attempt to reach Tiger Moving by phone and email with no response I am frustrated and want to share our experience. When I called to set up our move I was told that the quote would be given over the phone and that they typically do not come out unless the house is over 4,000sq ft which we were not. My husband called to verify thinking that 1 truck was not enough which it was not. Problem number 1.

I rarely write a negative review but after several attempts to resolve this issue with the owners of the company, I believe it's warranted. My girlfriend moved in May and we got an estimate for moving and packing from three different companies. Tiger was the last company we got an estimate from and their price hit in the middle. We ultimately choose them because they spent a lot of time going through each room to be sure of the job they were quoting, they made us feel like their was little room for error.

I did not have a good experience with this company. The move itself was fine, because nothing was damaged. However, I still don't think I would recommend this company or use them again. First of all, their insurance policy is not acceptable to me. The free insurance option covers $60 dollars per damaged item, and for an additional $100 dollars, you can protect your items up to $500 each.
