Overpriced and undersized unites, but they are clean and well cared for. The facility itself is also tidy and professional looking. The free truck is a nice feature, but the cost is just factored into the over priced units. The security appears to be high tech, but nothing is being recorded. The TV monitors are all for show. Their cameras don't record anything!!! Ever!!!
We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience at our facility. If there is anything our staff can do to make this right, please give us a call. Our location has 40+ high-resolution cameras that store months of recordings, and our on-site manager is very attentive to after-hours issues.

Tessa, We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. If there is anything our staff can do, please do not hesitate to call. Our facility has 42 security cameras and perimeter motion sensors that notify staff if anyone is on the property past 10PM.
So I had this originally rated one star for one reason. The management. He even had the nerve to come demand that i change the rating i gave him.I rented out a unit which they advertise as band space. The managers are so nit-picky that they wouldn't allow me to have a refrigerator to keep even water cold. I was told that I was "too quiet" and that if i wasnt actually playing i needed to leave because "the customers see me"...i pay my rent, I AM A CUSTOMER.

Won an auction through Beehive Self Storage. 3 months later, they are still battling me over my deposit, even after I paid rent. They basically called me a liar when I told them they charged me for the transaction. He said, "well, we would be off on our books and I wasn't." Maybe he can't count because to him $105 is equal to $55

Rich, We pride ourselves on our extensive security measures, and efforts to protect our tenant's account information. We were unable to give a facility gate code to you, because you are not our legal tenant/renter. I am sorry to hear that your experience was not pleasant.
This place is a joke.. Management profiles and are unrealistic. They accuse you for things you have no involvement with! And if they don't like you your screwed.. Management makes you feel really uncomfortable..
