These movers were contracted to move our stuff across the country. Upon unpacking we discovered that my jewelry, including some heirlooms, were missing, as well as some random kitchen appliances. My delicates were also moved from all being in one box like I packed them, to being spread throughout all of our items. Disgusting. This place is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Don’t waste your time and money with these people.

Be careful with this company. Another review on a different site pointed out that most of the reviews were written by the owner's family members. They have the same last name. I work with a furniture store, and recently started shipping product to Utah. We tried out two companies A1 Pioneer and Unique Deliveries to see which one we liked best. We have had two shipments sent to each company. A1 has been a nightmare and was comparatively twice the price. We especially problems on our second shipment.

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I regret it completely. I wish I went with other offers but I trusted them and that’s my own fault. Do not add more stress to your move by using this company or you will regret it also. Additionally, I was told that a manger would call me but they did not and then they had the audacity to charge my card- mind you they damaged my floors which will cost so much money to repair but not a peep from pioneer moving.

I regret using A1 for my interstate move (which cost me almost $5000, so not a small expense for the sub par service). First, A1 is Wheaton Movers' agent in Utah. So while a huge part of my experience was with A1, a small part was with Wheaton. Second, I rely on reviews to make important decisions so I've tried to outline my experience in some detail below. Pioneer Moving and Storage was our destination agent last year for our move from CA to UT. We are in the process of an in-state retirement move and reached out to Pioneer for an estimate. Bob Cottrell came out for the estimate. It’s been a week and still no estimate or communication from him. We are not impressed and will look at other moving companies. We do not trust that Pioneer would be the best option based on this recent experience.

The office was very responsive to setting up our delivery. They are estimate of charges very clear and reasonable. On delivery date the truck and driver showed up and we’re very friendly and quick in they’re delivering of the of the household items. They had missed out on item that I had asked about. They quickly called the office. The office found where that was and they agreed to deliver it very quickly without payment saying that it was their fault so they should cover the charge.
Julian and his co-worker were very punctual and careful with my furnishings. They were thorough and a joy to work with, as my Honda Fit isn't much use in moving large items.
The call started with working with Bob.A good experience He was very courteous and pleasant to work with.Timing was great too.The 2 men Juan and Francisco were really a great pleasure to work with.I had some heavy and fragile furniture.They handled it like it was their own.Great job.Thank you for taking care of furniture.oʻo

Pioneer moved us from our facility in Draper to another facility in SLC. The service was excellent, and I appreciated Jason's can-do attitude. The plastic totes they dropped off were a huge help. Alvaro, Juan, Josh, Fransisco, and Izack did a great job. I recommend them for moving a business.
