Updated review; a month after telling us my boyfriend's storage unit was broken in to now mine was broken into they are probably behind it since they don't bother to do anything but say call the cops you signed an agreement that we aren't responsible. They let people live there and do mechanic work there then your stuff gets stolen and they say too bad won't even give you a free months rent after losing thousands of dollars in stolen property.

This is the most double standard place to ever rent a storage unit. What's ok for some tenants is not permitted for others. 1- Working on your vehicle for 2 days because it's the only one that you have and it happened to break down as you got to the storage unit is not ok. Yet there are others working on miscellaneous vehicles for 4 weeks and that's ok for them. 2- Yes, there are quite a few sheds that have people living in them, and mine is not one of them. I have an address.

I was interested in renting a unit so I showed up and called to peek at a unit. Lady shows up, I see unit (200) and decide I want it. We go to the office (storage unit) and I walk in to office area by computer to provide info to get unit. Meanwhile at the computer I’m looking at the desk and see at least 3 business cards for Ogden police showing case numbers which made me believe that the units are broken into frequently.

DO NOT CONSIDER I first went there 9 mos ago. I talked to the new owner who assured me there would be no rate increases. Since then I have had two rate increases. And the rate has gone up 50 % it is automatically taken from my bank account so both these increases were with out warning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was told they price match. I found another storage unit for two thirds the price 4 miles away I was then told I could only go 2 miles away THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF .

We were disappointed with the storage shed. They would do nothing at all about the mice problem. The girl I worked with on 1900 was very nice however the guy was not friendly at all. He acted like I was putting him out by going there to cancel our storage shed commitment. I would not recommend this facility unless you are ok with mouse poop all over your belongings.

Extreme problems with theft at least once a month and all they do about it is say too bad you signed an agreement that we aren't responsible for it. Yet they let people live there and do mechanic work there illegally.

I did a ton of research looking for a storage unit and AA Storage was the best price I could find for the storage I needed. The site I went to was self service and the 24-7 hour customer care number was so helpful in everything going smoothly. The on site manager was responsive and attentive to my needs. And there was a miscommunication where I needed to give a 10 day notice to move out but I didn’t know that.
