Firstly, I used Martin for a move six months ago and things went smoothly and I was impressed by his help. When it came time to move again, I contacted him and he reserved the date for me. Days before the move I emailed to confirm and ask for an estimate (small local move). I didn't hear back until the day before our move was scheduled, and he said the price was higher that my first move - even though the distance was much shorter (less than a mile) and we'd moved half our possessions ourselves.
Martin was extremely difficult to work. We had two deliveries, both scheduled for weeks out because he has little to no staff. The second delivery date was so far out we rented a truck to pick up our items. Although he had agreed the day before to be there upon arrival he was two hours away making us wait.
Dr. Pasek, I apologize for the inconvenience of your delivery. We go far and beyond to service everyone equally. We schedule our deliveries on a time window giving from the manufacturer we don't have any control over the production.
I would get this company 0 star. They did not call us early for delivery confirmation but forced us to accept the delivery day(the next day after we talked to the company) which we are busy and can not accept the delivery. We were told …

My husband and I were looking for a local mover in Santa Cruz/Monetrey area to move furniture from our recently deceased Dad's home in Saratoga. The family agreed we would donate all the furniture and other items to the Pajaro flood situation. We contacted Sister Rosa Delores Rodruguez's (founder and manager) knowing - "Casa de la Cultura Center" is a major resource center for Pajaroans. With excitement for the furniture for the people and a dedicated warehouse to place the items, all we needed was a mover.
Such hard workers, showing up on time totally ready to work hard and do it right. We had them pack, store and deliver. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to make your move complete and at a reasonable price.
We were extremely happy with Central Coast Movers in Watsonville. They went above and beyond in every aspect of our move. They arrived on time, prepared and ready to move us, even in the pouring rain! They were priced reasonably, it was the best money I ever spent! My husband was thankful he didn’t have to break his back!
These guys made my move so much easier. After a change of plans just before my move, I had two days to hire movers—for New Years Day! These guys were professional and fast, and packed my stuff safely and securely in the moving truck. I would definitely hire them again or recommend them to friends.
