Worst movers I've ever used and worst customer service I've experienced from a vendor. Do yourself a favor and do not use these people. Save yourself a lot of trouble and heartburn. I used Lambert for a short move in July 2025 and had a terrible experience. The movers were not gentle with my furniture and belongings, they rushed and it was obvious they did not care about what they were doing. Additionally, the movers damaged my couch and damaged the wall and baseboard in the place I moved into.

We've used Lambert & Son 3 times now - once to unload PODS and twice to do whole-house moves. We've moved several times before (long-distance and local) and had a range of experiences. Lambert's been exceptional. Their customer service contact, Michelle Snow, is extremely responsive, experienced, friendly, and helpful. The crews that came out were polite and efficient. The work was done quickly - not once did it seem like they were dragging out time.

Lambert & Son Moving did an outstanding job with our move! Ramon, Ricky, and Nelson were professional, hardworking, and incredibly careful with our belongings from start to finish. They worked efficiently, communicated well throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized. I used Lambert & Son just this month, and once 4 years ago for my moves. They were so fast, efficient, thorough, careful - they made sure to double check with me where I wanted everything once the furniture was at my new location. I really appreciated this, since I wouldn't be able to relocate the furniture after they'd gone. Genuinely so great! Sabu, Ramon, and Daniel were awesome! Everyone from booking, through the move, to post-move questions were really easy to work with.
