Had a move 7/24 my 1400 mirrored dresses was destroyed. I filed a complaint the same day and a claim they next day and have been ignored everyday since. I called in today and demanded information and the representative Ben said at 11am et to file a lawsuit and started laughing. I have videos and pictures from the move and I now have to file a small claims suit. This has been the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with.

Don't use this company unless you want to be ripped off. Gave the movers $40 cash tip. On my bill I got charged an additional $40 for tip which of course I never authorized. Submitted a ticket to bellhop and never heard back. Now having to go through dispute with my credit card company.

If there was a zero score I’d give them that. A no show for the move early in the morning. No notification and no guarantee that they could show up for a reschedule. The manager did not seem very concerned. Are they for real? Going to make a compliant at the BBB.
Warning do NOT use this company for moving services!!! My husband and I booked well over a month in advance for our move. The day before our move we were confirmed for 3 movers, a truck, and a driver at 8am. At 7:45am on the day of our move, we get a call saying the truck broke down and saying they may need to reschedule. We needed to be out of our townhouse that day! They said they would “try” to get a truck by 2pm. Being on edge, I called at 10am and was told that they had a truck but no movers!!!
Do NOT! I repeat do NOT hire this company to help you move. If you do, you will be stuck looking and waiting for them to arrive to help you move and no one will show. We hired this company and at the last minute told us they could not make it. Also, we were told only a deposit would be taken out prior to the move and the full amount charged after. They charged us the FULL amount prior to the move without our authorization! We called and begged for them to send a truck and someone to help us move.
I would first like to note that if I could give 0 stars then I would. My husband and I were reassured that our items would be wrapped. Nothing was wrapped by the movers. Practically all of our hard furniture received scratches. My husband works from home and his $500 desk received very deep scratches. Our items were moved from the home that we were renting straight to storage. While in storage I could not fully access the amount of damage that our items incurred, due to the tight packing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible service all around. The movers were slow, unprofessional and had no strategy on how to effectively move our boxes from the truck to our new space. One of the movers broke our bed while trying to assemble it and then tried to put it back together by using wood glue. Now it has been a nightmare trying to follow up on our claim with the customer service representatives. Moving is stressful enough, save yourself the trouble.

Do not book with this company!!!!! I booked a move with this company a few days ago. And on the day of moving, 40 minutes before the scheduled time, I was told that there were no trucks and they have to reschedule me two days later. However, I have to move out by that day and the the only solution that they have provided is still reschedule. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY to avoid unnecessary inconveniences.

Austin and Kaeson are hard working, diligent, and so kind. They made quick work of our move and handled everything carefully and professionally. These two really made this experience painless and enjoyable. This was our first time using bellhop and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Denzel, and his team Cameron, and Claude showed up promptly on time ready to go. At 0800hrs and they were done at 1344hrs. They worked extremely well together; as a well-oiled machine, and played team very well. I was unequivocally satisfied with them as they paid close attention to every detail, organized my belongings on the truck in a methodical way. They were kind, respectful, and very professional. Michael T. and NanaOsei A. were so helpful, fast and kind. I’ve heard horror stories of movers being a waste of money, but these two were pros in every way. Truly a blessing to my family during a stressful move. They loaded our UHAUL in three hours, and we had a 4 bedroom house plus a playroom of toys from all the grandparents. They did not leave until the job was finished. I am going to try and request them specifically when we move into our new home soon. Seriously could not recommend bellhop enough.
