Worked out from 35 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
The absolute WORST Moving franchise in the USA! They sweet talk but everything they say and promise is a lie. They manipulate you to pay cash to avoid fees. Luckily I used my credit card. They claim to have insurance do you don’t use your own insurance. Our story: We (myself, my daughter, and grandson’s wife and daughters things) were promised delivery across country with in 12 days to 2 separate locations. After not hearing anything up to the 12th day which should have been the delivery day.
Hi Calico, we’re not an interstate moving company. I believe your review must be for another moving company somewhere else. We’re a small locally owned business in North Carolina. … More

In their own words
Had a 3500 sq ft house FULL of stuff everywhere. These guys were extremely professional and careful with our things. They stored it all for 2 weeks, then moved it all exactly where we needed it. Guided us the whole way, and they packed fragiles very gently. Nothing broken. No damage. Fast work - took no breaks, and highly communicative the whole way - verbally, text, phone & email. Truly impressive. Highly recommend!
Thanks Rob! We appreciate you!
My moving experience was terrific with these guys. They showed up on time, came in under the quote, and were professional the entire way. Look forward to using them in the future!
The OCMS team were so helpful with my move 1.5hrs away. It was such a comfort having people who were both friendly & professional to handle this transition. My new apartment was up 3 flights of stairs and I had 3 team members to help. They were so efficient in getting everything loaded/unloaded. It was a long and expensive day as I also needed a hand with furniture assembly, but the service was definitely worth it. They even helped take the trash and packaging away when they were done.
Jessica, thank you so much! Let us know if we can help you again in the future. We appreciate your business!
From my first communication with Micah about our moving needs to meeting his professional crew and finally getting impeccable costumer care from Lyndsay, I couldn't be any more impressed with the fine folks at Orange County Moving & Storage. All of my Mom's belongings were packed and moved with care to both her new home as well as a storage unit nearby. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated small business for anyone's next move.
