Was a long time renter (10+ years) of multiple units at this facility and never had problems with the old ownership. Came in one day to inquire about renting another two units when I was met by an angry tenant leaving the office who informed me that the ownership changed and they raised the rents significantly. I never got a notice of this and went inside to ask the new manager.

They will give you a "deal", then increase the price on you right after signing up. Edit: They have increased the price 3 times now in only a couple years. Now paying 50% more than the original agreement. These people are thieves.

Find a new option new owners place gone to hell. $50 to cut lock off and $15 for a new lock. Insane what happens when Pueblo folks sell out.
