We chose this company for our recent move based on good reviews and the friendliness of owner Enrique on the phone. I'm so disappointed and perplexed at the horrible experience we had. We'd told them we had many items to move (based on size of home) and that we were in a rush and not everything was boxed up. We were assured they were equipped with supplies and manpower to handle it. Long story short, they showed up with 3 men and no boxes. The move took more than two days, and spanned from morning to night.
As a Realtor in Pueblo CO, I work with companies like this, in the industry all the time….Do not use this moving company!!! They will nickel and dime you if THEY screw up. The actual move was ok. The 3 gentleman that moved us were great. There was an issue with loading my husbands large rolling toolbox (one of the many reasons we hired a moving company for our own personal move). The movers could not successfully move the toolbox without a working ramp on the beat up truck that arrived.

Follow up to my previous review. Turns out 3 of my expensive furniture items were damaged and, although initially, Enrique promised to take care of everything right away, I was given a call the next day by Shelly, the manager, who is not promising anything except maybe the 60 cent per pound they are required to compensate. I am awaiting to see the outcome and will follow up when complete. They removed drawers from my expensive Amish dresser and now one is non-functional.

Hard workers by 3 of the 4 workers. Long day and stuck with it. This job should only have taken half the amount of time that it did. I’m not sure I would use this company again. I was very pleased with them the first time when they moved us into storage, but moving us into the house, took way too long and one of their workers was very lazy.
I apologize that you were not happy with one of our workers. The gentleman first week of moving. I do appreciate your input to correct any issues. It does take longer to unload into a house rather than a storage.
They give a 20 dollar discount for a 5 star review if you are wondering why there is such a discrepancy. Took me awhile to update. But we got across country and unloaded...they tore up so much stuff, careless and wasn't packed right, don't use these dudes, they are fast but it'll cost you

Rushed to get the job done as I kept hearing them say they had 2 more jobs later that day. Did a poor job packing my TV and it broke in transit. They were nice but rushed the job and now I have to buy a new TV. Just know they will try to hide negative reviews like they did this one.

The morning of our move, I needed to push our scheduled time back so they could meet me at American Furniture to pick up a new couch and bed first.
