This place changed my rate 3x after saying it would stay the same for a year! Went to pull out and promised me another rate for a year under my military discount! 6 mos later sent me an increase again pulled boat out and still charged me again at new rate! Worst place ever! Manager is rude also! Would give 0 stars if possible
Hi there, we are sorry that you have had this experience. We want to confirm that you are reviewing the correct business as we do not offer boat storage at Osprey Storage Thatcher. Please reach out to us at [email removed] with further details, thank you.
Locked us out of our storage even before our bill was due for no reason and pretended like they didn't know ..What's the point of us having to pay rental insurance if the damn gate was left wide open for any to drive in and do whatever that gate was open for numerous hours ..
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Ive been storing consistently with Osprey since 2017-18, i dont mean in and out of different units, i mean ive had the same locker. Out of every bill I owe each month, this is the one bill i dont get stressed out about calling to make a payment or when using their convenient online payment system. Truth be told, I owe this awesome experience to a wonderful woman named Denise.

John & Denise are so accommodating and personable. Signing up for my storage unit was easy & efficient. Price is very reasonable. I am happy I have access to the unit very generous hours. My belongings are definitely safe at Osprey storage.

Words I never thought I'd say: I LOVE this self-storage facility. I didn't know you could have a favorite self-storage joint, but here we are. 😊 Denise and John are great. When I signed up online, Denise was on the phone with me within 5 or 10 minutes, walking me through the features of the site, the hours, the procedures... all of it. She mentioned that she and John live on-site, and honestly that tells you everything about this place. I've had other self-storage that was... fine.
Hi bernard, thank you so much for the glowing 5 star review! We believe in providing a personal touch to all our customers. Denise and John are dedicated to making your experience exceptional. We're thrilled to have earned your trust and loyalty. If you ever need anything, feel free to reach out!
Osprey Storage is awesome! I am a customer of Osprey, and the facility is clean, safe and secure. I have been storing antique furniture in one of their indoor storage units for the last year and a half, and the price has remained consistent and fair, and my furniture has remained safe and in great condition. Not only is the facility great, but the owners, Denise and John are amazing! They are dedicated to the community they serve.
Hi Sarah, thank you for your glowing 5 star review! We take pride in maintaining a clean and secure facility for our customers' peace of mind. It's heartwarming to hear that you appreciate our community involvement efforts. Your continued support means the world to us!
