In their own words
They were used by APC for last mile delivery service. Coordinators are unprofessional and rude, also poor at communicating delivery windows and do not responded to emails. Was promised a delivery window on a Friday for a Monday delivery, never heard back even after following up. Team randomly showed up on Monday. Brought the product in with zero packaging. Company states this due to debris removal but the unit was brought completely into the building unwrapped.
Half of our items were left in the warehouse and not delivered on time. There was a lack of communication in the process of attempting to get the rest of our belongings to us. Many items were damaged and we are still missing parts and cords for furniture and TVs. Both delivery drivers agreed that our belongings were not properly taken care of when picked up and taken to the warehouse. We have previously used a Coleman Allied and hd an amazing experience. We would definitely not suggest using Beltmann.

Omg DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Hear this warning!!!! We are out $10k+!! where do I begin…. A firefighter from Newark came to us and my husband who is a first responder trusted him and thinking it’s a reputable company we went with them to move us from NJ to Florida. NJ people were great. They protected our home packed it nice (or so we thought ) when they left the truck got stuck… damaged our driveway and drove off. Pictures attached. Got to florida and dirt bag driver shows up with his wife!! His wife!!!
Well folks I have moved I think 6 times with them. Until this year when something very negative has changed their service from a 5 to a 1. In August I decided to venture a move to Phoenix . Unfortunately the move itself ended in a disaster: lost 4 very sentiment items an destroyed 15 moving boxes as well as the items inside the boxes. I received a hefty check of $72.00 which coved 10% of the value. And now for the rest of the story. In short I decided I liked FZl more than AZ and moved back a few weeks ago.
Horrible moving experience. You have to watch them very closely. Several items arrived damaged, items are randomly packed, items are missing. Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend at all. My company paid for this move so I had no choice …

Moving across country is very stressful and hectic. I was concerned about having a moving company move all of my sentimental items from one state to another state.The movers, John, did amazing! He was on time, communicative and professional. I had no issues with anything and I was so glad that all of my stuff was taken care of. They also arrived to Ohio on time. If I ever have to move across country again, I would definitely use this moving service and request John!
I have been a returning customer multiple times, with good reason. Packers and movers are very professional, efficient, and care for your belongings as if they were their own. I highly recommend using Beltman, great experience from start to finish!

These guys gave me the best price and exceptional service. Danny came in and gave a very accurate estimate for the weight. David and his coworker were excellent and moving our stuff. They took great care and it only took about a week to ship our stuff from South Florida to DC. I I highly recommend this company for long distance moves.
