Went in with the intention of renting a unit today. Was going to pay the year up front and then they hit me with hidden costs and they show me that I need to purchase their insurance to rent a unit. Deal breaker I will go somewhere else that is up front with costs. Staff was great and very helpful but I was not willing to purchase not needed insurance so we couldn’t make a deal.
I am so sorry you feel that way Scuba. It isn't "hidden" costs that we present you with but with a required protection plan that is so low cost with high protection that it is well worth it.
Poor customer service get stuck inside the place because the code they give to me don't work , if u need they don’t answer on emergency number nobody pick up , spend extra 150 on the guys help me to move for the delay because we lock in ! I hope they fix
This place never has wagons for you to use when bringing items inside, so you will have to carry all your items. And the lady in the front gave me the impression that she didn't care. It's very unprofessional here. I hate it
We apologize Saquoya for the fact that the moving cart was not available at the time you came to unload your belongings. Unfortunately we occasionally have tenants that leave the carts in their units or have moved them to another location in another building before we are aware of it.
Disappointed due to false information. I stopped by a total of 5 different storage companies to view a 10x15 climate controlled storage unit. Upon getting to this company, I noticed the 50% off for the first 3 months special promotion posted outside. I was assisted by Galo who was nice but provided misleading information. Upon asking about the special, Galo stated it was for select units.

Came in to buy their so called free year if a year is payed in advance they quoted to me as saying $360 today on the phone for their locker unit 5x5x 4when I go in they try to charge me $649.00 pretty much almost the price of the 2 years,they told me I had to purchase the fake insurance that actually doesn’t pay out when you try to make a claim, they’ll make any excuse not to pay you,google the fake storage insurance they never actually pay out it’s just a scam to make extra money.
Bad customer service been there for months never late only this month and this guy errol tries to charge me for 2months being late didn't wanna help until I said put me threw to a top personal then he go an do his job n finds out I never been late come back on the phone nasty I ask to speak with someone higher then him to report his bad customer service an was told there no one higher so I will b leaving is people like him that's bad for business

I call and ask a specific question - is there electricity?! She asks my name, my phone number, the size, talks about the annual contract and continues to ignore my question. I stop her and ask why she is telling me all this and ignoring my question? She answers that there is no electricity. Why did you waste my time? Terrible disrespect for customers!

Public Storage is a better options this place has a tone of excessive hidden fees and the 5 star reviews seem fake and paid for! These people are desperate and will try and lock u out of your unit even after u pay Avoid Avoid Avoid! The late fees in the contract is $30 but yet they really Charge you $41.80 I am happy I left for Public Storage!
We are sadden by what you perceive to be hidden fees. I assure you that before you sign the lease that any fees that will be charged to you are explained to you upfront. If this was not done, please call the corporate office.

Greetings and salutations, current and future patrons of Top Self Storage. Apart from the name that is displayed, I am Ricky Bobby! It's a privilege and a pleasure. This is a self composed review, detaining a personal experience of mine with the staff members that were currently on hand whilst inquiring about a storage unit to safely house my personal belongings. Now, I'm no stranger to storage facilities. Of course, they vary from one another, depending on demographics, pricing, square footing and the like.

Top Self Storage is very organized and easy to use. The check-in process is quick, and getting in and out of the facility is fast without having to wait around. One of the best features is that the units are climate-controlled with air conditioning, which helps keep belongings protected from the Florida heat and humidity. The pricing is reasonable, and they currently have a great promotion offering 50% off for the first 3 months, making it an excellent value. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and convenient.

I highly recommend this storage facility. The staff is amazing and was so informative from the moment I called all the way up to my arrival at the facility and answered all my questions. Roderick Dudley was so friendly and went over all the specials that were available for this month and he was the reason I went forward with this location. He enjoys helping you pick the right unit. He never rushed me and answered all my questions. I left great about choosing this location after his guidance.
