Movers were very nice and hardworking, however, I noticed during the move that some damage was done to the brand new plank flooring in the foyer. I pointed it out as they were still moving, and then later noticed damage to a large wooden statue that matched the damage to the floors. The movers were responsive and assisted in taking pictures of the damage and contacting their office to file a claim. I then spoke to someone who was either the manager or owner for payment and asked how to handle the damage.

Please think twice before doing any business with this moving company! After what we went through with them, I genuinely doubt their legitimacy. Nothing can honestly describe the horrific experience and the trauma we left with after having Moving Squad making our move. It started by first coordinating our move with Ryan, which calculated our inventory by going room by room, estimated how many movers we need, hours, and gave us an offer.

What a disaster. What should have been a 6 hr job took twice as long because they were frequently on their phones and would disappear. We had 4 people but rarely were they all working at the same time. I had to pay more than double of what was the initial agreed to amount. Furniture was scratched and damaged. They left furniture in the old house and didn't bring some pieces upstairs in the new house. They did come back later to bring those upstairs after I complained.

Worst experience ever!!!! They were advised that we had a move out time window and the first thing they do is arrive 20 minutes late. Do not use them for any high rise building move outs, they will over promise and under deliver. They were more focused on moving out boxes and not taking apart our bedroom sets, because of that, the majority of our bedroom sets were left in the 35th Floor and it has been 2 days since our move and we are still without our bedroom sets.

They also drag out the time since they are paid by the hour and charge you for items you dont need or asked for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
