I used North American Van Lines for my move from LA, handled by Beltmann, and discovered seven pairs of shoes were missing (possibly stolen) — including my wedding shoes. The boxes arrived, but instead of shoes, they were stuffed with an extension cord and stuffed animals. This wasn’t a simple loss — it was clear tampering, and it feels like a complete violation of trust. Moving is stressful enough without worrying that your personal belongings will be rifled through and taken.
This company has been so incredibly incompetent in coordinating and delivering my coffee table that I ordered 6 weeks ago! They've had me hold entire days for their delivery windows for it to just repeatedly not show up at all. It showed up one time after 4 weeks but it was totally damaged, so they had to take it back and I'm on week-2 of waiting for the replacement delivery, and I've had to call and email them daily while waiting since 8am again today, but just now told my 8-12pm window would maybe be here by…
Dustan was great through the entire process. The energy he displayed during the initial consultation remained the same even after we moved into our new home. The truck that he sent to transport all of our belongings was huge and was able to load everything from inside and outside the home. The driver was also knowledgeable of the details related to the move. As Dustan always said "Communication is key!" My car was also transported by a diffferent carrier, but arranged by Dustan through NorthAmerican Vanlines.

very unreliable, the transported a item for me and schedule a delivery day with a 1 hr window call before delivery. Took a day of and waited all day for no one to call. I called them several times for a update and waited for their call back that never happened. Would not use these times wasters at ALL !!

April 15 - We had an excellent experience with this moving crew, led by team lead Mike Gonzalez. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They arrived right on time at 7am with a crew of 10 energetic young, motivated movers and handled a very challenging office move from a second-floor space with stairs only.

The communication was great from the beginning and throughout the planning process. The crew arrived right on time, actually a little early! They had everything they needed to use ready when we arrived. After being shown the scope of work, they got right in and started working. They were very efficient and quite pleasant to work with.
