I had my card on autopay. After 4 months they stopped charging my card and sold my belongings without my knowledge. Poor service and rude staff.
First impressions are sometimes misleading.I posted a review only a couple of days after I got my unit. And at that point I gave 3 stars with no complaints. But within just the first couple of weeks my gate code didn't work, And it took at least 2 weeks before it worked properly. But then 2 or 3 days later I was denied access again. Information I was given in person was incorrect and i have had nothing but problems ever since. I've only had my unit for a month, and already I am moving my belongings somewhere else.

Highly recommend this U-Haul location! Renting a truck here was incredibly convenient because I could move everything directly into their storage facility, which made my move much easier. Even though you can check the truck in and out by yourself, the front desk staff was outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, professional, and very efficient. Excellent customer service and a smooth overall experience. I would definitely rent from this location again!
