This company stole my piano. They were suppose to store it for me. The rude dispatcher said they must have sold it. I NOW HAVE TO SUE THEM. Whoever answers their phone will not give me the owner or manager name and contact information. Nor has someone called me back about this. The person (dispatcher) will not even give me his name. The dispatcher said, "what do you want me to do?" I said to give me my piano or pay me what I paid for it. He laughed. Their address they use is a house. It is not a business address.
This customer never make a single payment for storage , we had the piano for years , we never could contact him. We had to auction the piano to get partially reimbursed for many years of storage .
these guys are terrible. They carry no insurance, scratched my piano, and then had the audacity to say it was already there. Yet they don't take before and after photos.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Highly unprofessional staff, no insurance, do not ensure quality moving. Hired them to move a piano which then was left with a huge scratch which was not there before. This piano was special to my family and not to mention also expensive. If you want quality service and certainty that your piano will stay in intact, pick another moving service.

Excellent service! I had to move my piano from the east coast to the west and it required many different arrangements but the Bennys Piano Movers made it so easy for the arrangements on the west coast. They were very responsive and delivered the piano as soon as they received it at a fair price. They were very careful and professional with the piano. I definitely recommend them.
Benny was responsive and accommodating as they moved my piano from San Diego to Los Angeles. Jairo was my PoC on moving day and they were on time at both ends, moved the instrument carefully, positioned it in the new location exactly as requested. Excellent experience all around and will absolutely use them again in the future.
We just had our piano delivered to San Diego and could not be more thrilled with the ease and the quickness of the whole thing. 20 ins, clean and efficient. Super professional, highly recommend.
Absolutely wonderful service! Was so grateful for the help, kindness, and care given to my new piano. They worked on a Sunday today, went through traffic, and still managed to show up with a smile on their faces and gave me excellent service when they arrived. 10/10 recommend these lovely people who just do really good business. (Their price was also the best I found.)
