Update: This company continues to hide my review and undermine my extensive evidence of destruction to my furniture and unprofessional behavior of the staff who run the office and company. This was the most reckless and unprofessional mover experience I have ever had and I have worked with over 8 moving companies in my lifetime. I have tried to review this company regarding move number: [phone removed] that took place December 22-Jan. 8th through their contract with Allied Van Lines.
We had these guys out to our house a couple of weeks ago. Scheduling was easy and they were flexible so that was nice. There were 3 guys that came to move our larger house items from the house to our shop on the property. One of the guys was as slow as heck, and definitely didn’t want to be working. He’d do things like… move our dripping wet outdoor patio furniture through the inside of the house all the way to down the stairway out front, when it’s half the distance to just step off the back patio there and walk…
We appreciate the feedback. I would have appreciated a call prior to the review so that we could discuss and see where the difference of opinions may have occurred. In reviewing this move, we came in at 3 guys 3.5 hours each - way under the initial estimate.
The movers showed up on time tho it went downhill from there. They were paid for packing and moving. Some stuff was packed, but the movers complained anyway. They said it'll take more than a day to the boss but told the customer it'll only …

This company managed my family move from Oregon to the Midwest. They damaged several of my mothers antiques amd treated our furniture terribly. They made the move very difficult for our family.

Wow , way to costly and very unfriendly and unable to help fully with the move .other employed went out of the way however they have some issues with being hospitable also..
Bertsch Moving and Storage never bid on a job nor performed a job for Michelle Wilson. We did do a move for a family member, but due to privacy regulations we were not able to speak to Michelle regarding the move.

Bertsch is a fantastic moving company. Kam and Anna helped us with a cross-country move and everything was fantastic. They packed our kitchen and TV's and arranged for everything to be moved across the country. They also helped us arrange one of our cars to be shipped. They were up front about everything - no surprises or hidden charges, Anna checked in with me every step of the way to make sure everything happened as it should and to update me on delivery times and whatnot.

Absolutely amazing. Kam, JT, Shane and crew were amazing. They are so nice, helpful and some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They were so efficient, careful and willing to go above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend to anyone needing help moving.

This company recently moved us from Corvallis to Jacksonville (Oregon) and we cant say enough great things about the job they did. Kamm was timely with the estimate (which we thought was very reasonable) then Shane and Taylor showed up on time and got the move done in one day. They were personable and took care with our furniture and newly painting walls. Highly recommend them!
