Terrible service. After charging 50% of the transport fee, they don't respond at the scheduled pickup time, then they don't have drivers available, then they don't have a forklift, and after you've wasted their day, they give you a refund. Completely unprofessional in every way. Awful service.

We had an excellent experience with Best and Pro Movers !! From start to finish, Thiago, Gabriel, and Jaden went above and beyond to make sure every piece of furniture and every box was carefully wrapped and protected before loading it onto the truck. Easy to schedule and make arrangements for what you need. Only thing I had no idea was that there's a 3 hour minimum for the services. We didn't have much, and wanted to make it easier for them, but I guess regardless if they finish early or arrive late, they still have to charge the 3 hours... So if you book them, just let them handle whatever you need. The two guys were nice and polite, and pretty strong! Also, they don't charge you extra for having stairs, or mileage!
I was sure this move would completely break me. Two floors, heavy furniture, mountain of boxes, total nightmare. I found Best Pro Moving California at last moment and it was my rescue. Three guys arrived and calmly organized everything, nobody panicked, nobody wasted time. They worked like clockwork. This is what real local movers are like.
