In their own words
Under no circumstances use this company to move. They are not transparent in their pricing, they will damage your belongings by not wrapping them correctly, and they will also steal your belongings. We used them for a move from from Georgia to Delaware. Even though we called them several times and went over all of our items, when they arrived they tried to upcharge us on wrapping our belongings with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Other movers we have used always included that in the price.
False reviews. Disrespectful, out of touch phone saleswoman. After my call, I went straight to the reviews, which I should have read before calling for a quote. I was kindly letting her know her quote was way out of ballpark, as I have received several others and moved two times with full-service moving companies. She quoted me $4,000 higher than the 10 other companies I’ve gotten quotes from.
The two young men who came to pack her stuff were very professional. I will recommend them they wrapped our stuff, pack our stuff, work fast he’s too young men were prompt when they arrived yesterday.. Update:This company from five stars to 3 stars. I thought I was dealing with amrisafe but this company showed up. Ok I was told my thing was on it’s not by this company but amrisafe after calling everyday that my furniture left on Monday I should have it in three days that is not true.
Absolutely the worst shipping company. The guys showed up high as a kite. They were wrapping my pillows with bubble wrap instead of my wood end tables. My dewalt tools and 2 drill sets went missing in transit. They said they would be able to get everything in thr truck and they didnt. My bookcase, desk, and end tabkes were all damaged. I had to throw the desk and bookcase away. The price increased 5 times. Started off at 8,000 ans doubled by the time it was all done. An absolute joke of a company.
My apartment has tight hallways and narrow doors, and unfortunately, the movers struggled with it. Fragile items were jostled or stacked haphazardly, and a few pieces of furniture got minor scratches. The day felt chaotic rather than calm, and organization was lacking. It made an already stressful move even more stressful. I expected more care and professionalism given the challenges of my space.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The day of move they call saying they are running late and then an hour later call to cancel. We reschedule to Saturday. At arrival they started to say things would cost extra, even though the items were on the contract. Absolutely horrible experience extremely stressful. Do NOT use them
They don't service the area and only serve out of state moves. Why they would advertise locations and services they don't offer is beyond me.

Excellent move from beginning to end. The men that showed up at my home were extremely pleasant. Before they began, the Forman discussed the days procedure so I was aware what was about to take place. There was no second guessing of what I was promised over the phone, was the service they were going to provide. My belongings were delivered in a timely manner, without any damages. They weren't the cheapest estimate I received, but I went with my gut feeling. It ended up being the right decision.
