I wish I had positive things to say about my experience. Best Quality Movers Lost all of our Pots and Pans just two weeks ago. Since moving in, we realized (day 1) after unpacking all boxes that we didn't have any of our pots and pans - thousands of dollars worth of items (most from our wedding registry) - we told their team, filed a claim in detail with receipts as they requested and received an email saying we signed something saying we had all of our items so they can't help.

Terrible experience with long distance move. While unpacking a 1500-2000 dollar tv that was 100% packed by movers, screen was smashed. It was clear the upper portion of TV packaging either had come off during move or wasn’t even packaged appropriately. The company refused to take any responsibility when it was clearly caused by their packing and moving. They have no incentive to taking care of your items if you don’t pay hundreds extra for insurance.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is a total rip-off and a scam. I sent them photos of my items and they quoted my move. 24 hours before my move date, they email me a new estimate with a 40% price increase! I called Danielle who says the increase is for "more wardrobe boxes and miscalculated storage". I tell her to cancel the move, she calls back 20minutes later and the quote is adjusted to 15% more than the original signed quote.
Scam company. They give a quote of $120/hr, Then once you have submitted the deposit of $100, and they arrive they tell you it’s a 3 hour “minimum”plus $75 truck fee. Regardless of how many items you need moved. Which totals to around $440. And if you turn them away you just lost $100.

We moved from a two-story house into a newer place about 25 miles away, and I was honestly expecting at least one headache along the way. That never happened. The crew showed up right at 8:15 AM, did a quick walkthrough with me, and immediately started laying down floor runners and padding the stair railings before moving anything. That alone told me they knew what they were doing. What impressed me most was how carefully they packed our fragile items.

Anthony, Alex, and Serg were fantastic movers, great communicators, fast, and incredibly patient and kind. They went above and beyond for my move from Los Angeles to Northern California. They helped me to wrap up all my furniture for the move and did a great job at securing and keeping everything safe, including fragile items and antique furniture. They made sure everything was set up properly on the other end.

I had a great experience with best quality movers. This was my first time hiring movers and I have zero regrets. Danielle responded right away to my online quote request and gave me a thorough breakdown of what to expect with the charges. The day of, Leo and Valentin got to my apartment right at the start of the arrival window they gave me. They had everything one might need if you’re still not 100%packed and ready and made quick work of loading the van.
