Pros; Really nice staff. Rates barely changed over a 5 year period. Cons; Over the same time period the unit was broken into (an interior unit), and the building also had some flood event. The theft was a total loss since I didn't have their insurance, but they wouldn't even cover a fraction of what was damaged by their water break. Ended up eating thousands in stolen/damaged items.
Thanks for the kind words about Ruthie & Hugo. They deserve the praise! But, not to be combative, I do have to dispute the rest of your comments. We have no record of you reporting theft during your time with us.
Rented units at Best Storage Henderson and had a very frustrating experience. Staff got into my storage unit without consent and handled my property. They revoked my access after stating I was using electricity and using my place for business. After revoking my gate access and terminating me, the manager ignored communication until I had to contact the owner directly to get the issue addressed. The owner was very helpful and polite! This facility hosts a fleet for a large local landscape company.
Yikes. There seems to be a disconnect. I understand you had a business office set up inside your storage unit complete with chair, desk, and a computer you powered by turning a light socket into an electrical outlet. None of those things are allowed.
There are (as of when I rented) companies that store their work trailers here. They parked in the covered row along the highway, all the way at the end. One of the workers broke into my RV, left a solid deposit in the toilet, left smoked cigarettes on the floor and caused $1,500 in structural damages on the way out. The office was helpful with rental stuff but couldn't care less when I mentioned this to the two ladies who were in the office that day.
That is not us. Not us. We have no landscape businesses storing with us and the situation you describe did not happen here at Best Storage. And after looking into it, we have no record or evidence of your claims. And tbh the tale sounds fantastical.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. They have auto charged my account over eight times for my unit when I never selected auto charged. When it happened again last month I called and they specifically removed my card so that it wouldn’t happen again. Guess what, they just charged my account again!!!! I will be immediately moving my things out and finding a new company. I understand that mistakes can happen but this Is ridiculous
Hi, Josh. I was alarmed by your review and did some digging - it looks like your automatic payments were all initiated by you through the online payment system. Customers have the option to self select this option and it had been activated and then removed after talking with the managers.
I hate this place. The female owner kept calling us by the wrong names purposely. I put the lock on my unit wrong so they opened it and left it that way for a week until I could get back and fix it. Did I say that I hate them? I do. They also did a bait and switch on their advertised price. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
We are surprised and deflated to read of your experience! That is not the experience we expect you to have at Best Storage. We have spoken with your managers and will work to improve our service and professionalism.
Had a trailer stolen from the property. Would not recommend keeping anything in this property that you value. They allow company’s to keep there vehicles in there so everyone of there employees have codes to get in and out. Please be careful with this place.
Mr. Mollinedo, sadly our state of the art security and facility protections are sometimes no match for a determined thief. Please know that we take security seriously and have worked with the police with your case to help you find your trailer and remain at the ready to provide further assistance.

We rented an outdoor space for our RZR for about 2 years. Their pricing was way better than most the other places, their location was more convenient and they were quick to get us in! Always super friendly anytime we needed anything - even to cancel since we moved out of state. When we had our tarp blow off they called to give us a heads up they tried to fix and we might want to stop by to make sure it was ok. Best Storage was great!

Convenient location right off the freeway. Unit was clean and never had a problem with accessing it. The staff was easy to work with and always communicative!

The facility is clean and well kept all the time. I feel good about leaving my items in storage with them. The people are the friendliest that you can find and a pleasure to talk to and do business with. Their billing system is either one of the worst you can find or the staff is just simply not well trained on it.
