Very unprofessional moving! I had $1000 studio desk. While they were unloading the desk they broke it. Never got any calls back! It states on the website during any unloading or loading furniture, if it's damaged they are responsible for the damage! Will never use there service again or recommend them for anyone else. They won't pay for anything they damage! False advertisement!

Contrary to what the business is saying I was supposed to be a real customer on Sunday May 27th at 12pm but they called and delayed til 3pm. Then they called again and delayed til 5pm. Then they showed up at 7pm and sadly with 2 people instead of the 3 that were promised when I clearly explained that the reason we needed the help was to move very heavy items. Not to mention that the two people they sent weren't presentable and made me uncomfortable about being at my home.

Lived in Vegas 20 years and used 1 other moving company ...which we should've kept using . One day this owner reached out to me on social media asking to use his services . Being a local realtor , I enjoy experiencing a company before reccommending to my clients so I decided to hire them. They arrived 30 minutes, didnt bring blankets or proper materials for glass tables, didnt have gloves , asked us for boxes and tools , they were a mess .

I had a frustrating experience with Five Star Moving on January 30,2024. The team that was sent to my house was careless with my belongings. Not only did they take an excessive amount of time to complete the move, but they also managed to damage my refrigerator, brand new TV console, and sectional sofa. When my husband asked the movers about the damage, their response was dismissive and callous, showing a complete lack of accountability.

Update: The business responded to my review in a way that was inappropriate and dismissive. Personal details were mentioned publicly. Again my concerns were minimized instead of addressed professionally and I continue to stand by my experience. Disappointing Experience When only two movers arrived instead of the three I was promised, I was told the third person was getting gas and would arrive shortly. Later, one of the movers admitted they had not been able to reach the third individual at all.

Last year we had 5 star movers move us and the team of guys were awesome. They went out of their way to move the furniture. They wrapped every piece of furniture and nothing was damaged in the move. Last year we would have given them a 5 Star rating. This year we moved to a smaller house,but a larger property. This team of guys were horrible. They damaged furniture and didn't wrap the furniture like the other team did. They also damaged the door frame in the garage.

Every piece of wood furniture I have was scratched and or gouged. All of the expensive and sentimental pieces left to me by my mother were damaged. My solid wood dining table was dragged against the nail heads on my couch leaving deep grooves in the top. The coffee table was gouged in three places on the legs and damaged on the top edges as well as the area where the glass sits. I was told the bed frame would be reassembled. The side rails were not attached, and the bed fell to the floor.

Simply put: A low value proposition that does not warrant the cost. I strongly recommend you read their terms of service before you book a job with this company. In those documents you will see all the various damages they won't accept responsibility for. Which begs the question: Why pay these guys $150/hour plus gratuity, if they won't accept responsibility for damages to your property?
