Please be very careful! This company is unprofessional and has terrible customer service. Several of my expensive items were damaged or missing. I couldn’t get any response or resolution after several attempts. No one seems to want to take accountability for their mistakes. I would never use their services again and I highly recommend that no one else does.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend Move4Less because they're not transparent about pricing. I spoke to their agent, Angela Vandever, 3 times to coordinate a small local move. Not once did she tell me there would be an additional 1-hour charge ($190) for travel time to/from their office to our location in Henderson. I even called Angela when I received a written quote after their estimator came out because it said 6.5 hours instead of the 5 hours the estimator had quoted in person.
I've always had a great experience with Move4Less before. But this last move the moving team they sent were clearly not thrilled to be there or to have to move our belongings, making comments along the way about not wanting to have to move certain items that had been easily moved before by previous Move4Less crews. The crew also damaged multiple items during the move into our new residence and then didn't let us know and tried to glue them back together.
I couldn't respond to the owner that responded to my comment. Thank you for overlooking my issue with the situation. I appreciate you reaching out and I understand the part where the time was extended so I see where I was charged extra for that. However, for the reassembly of my bed two people addressed that issue by saying that they CAN reassemble the bed. Andrea P and Erin Jannazo specifically told me they can. I just don’t get why if this was not apart of your policy multiple workers would tell me otherwise.
I wanted to come on here and share my experience with Move 4 Less because my situation was extremely frustrating and I wanted to warn future people. I originally picked Move 4 Less because of the fact it was affordable and the best price that they gave me when I originally told them my situation. I was moving into my new apartment with disassembled bed, couch, tv stand, and little things of sorts. Over the phone I got a estimate I was happy with.

Do NOT , & I do mean DO NOT book your move with these people. I had to head back into my storage unit to retrieve something packed that shouldn’t have been, & upon opening boxes discovered ALL my clothes was shoved into boxes when I specifically purchased hanging boxes. My clothes was tossed around, squashed & folded in ways it should have not been. I only found this out because I HAD to go back in & check boxes. This company is not to be trusted.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I found this company here on google maps. A less than 2 hr move cost me almost 550 when I was quoted at less than 400. They changed up price on me the day of, AND SHOVED ALL MY CLOTHES WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE ALL BEEN Hung UP. They did not care to make it right, & im terrified because I had to catch a flight & couldn’t check remaining boxes because I had to move & leave country. This company cost me more in what I’ll have to do to fix & clear n clean my clothes than the move. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
I had a good experience with this company three years ago so I recommended them to my parents recently. Two of the three guys in the crew were good but the third (name starts with "L") was awful and antique plates and paintings were damaged among other items. Some items are beyond repair and used to be worth around 500 dollars each. I regret recommending them now. My parents are too nice to complain so I'm doing this myself after seeing the damage. I will not be recommending or using this company again.

We chose this company based on 2 factors: our neighbors used them and highly recommended them and their estimator who came to our house, was very thorough and detail oriented which inspired confidence in this company. We had excellent communication via email, texts and phonecalls before and during the entire packing and loading process. Everything was clearly written and explained to me as well as answering all my questions.

No one likes to move. But Move 4 Less did a great job prepping, padding and moving me from Los Angeles to Henderson - despite a very rainy day of the move. The movers, Brandon and Rene, both busted their you-know-whats all along the way and were very friendly guys. Thanks also to Maggie who coordinated everything in such a professional and pleasant manner. Fair price and delivered promptly. Recommend!

Miguel and his crew were absolutely incredible we were nervous to hire a moving crew after a terrible experience during our last move with two men and a truck. They came to do a free estimate before the move assess how much materials we needed what kind of truck and how many men they were going to need once we sign they came back delivered boxes and tape and supplies were in constant communication after the estimate. They arrived at the earlier part of their window and called to let us know they were on the way.

I used Move4Less to move my 2 aunts into assisted living. I was located in a different state and was very impressed with the flexibility of Move4Less. Due to some health conditions of my aunts, I had to change the moving date 3 times within a week. I was amazed with their patience and willing to help. When the 2 movers arrived, I was impressed with their speed and their customer service!
