Do yourself a favor & do not use this moving company! The only good thing to say about them is the team that packed up our belongings did a great job, handled everything with care & helpful. After that it became a nightmare! Not only did it take 20 days to receive our belongings when they did finally arrive, the boxes were mangled, which lead to many broken items. The boxes & blankets that wrapped our furniture were filthy. There were items completely missing, such as a 12 foot fiberglass ladder.

Movers showed up late and gave me a price double than originally estimated once they showed up. My television was damaged during the move/ wont turn on and I am unable to get ahold of them to file a claim. Terrible customer service and unreliable. I would not recommend this moving company at all.
Would not recommend this company. Bad communication as soon as we hired them, they sub contracted our move out so we paid 2 additional random companies with no warning, and when we weren’t there they packed our belongings in the truck extremely poorly.
SCAMMERS. If I can influence just one person - please read. This company is a one-man show. I had to enlist another legitimate moving company to intervene, THREATEN TO INVOLVE STATE POLICE to get our property delivered. They portray themselves as a “interstate” large corporation. I’m coming off one of their “professional moves”. After promising “one truck, same movers, point A to point B”….
They’ve had our belongings since July 27th with a promised delivery window of 2–14 business days. It’s now day 17 and they haven’t contacted us once. Every time we reach out, we’re told only “thank you for your patience.” The window isn’t over yet, but the complete lack of updates or a clear plan is unacceptable. This is highly unusual in the moving industry and is extremely concerning.

Definitely not the "best" in the business, but the people they contracted to pick up and deliver my stuff did their job. Took way too long for delivery and customer service gave important information too late after booking and throughout the process. Wished I'd gotten a discount for these reasons too because they charged a lot for a small move. What well and details: Scheduled a small move from PA to MN. Customer service representative answered my questions and gave me options for the move.
