Good afternoon. My name is Yosmaira Pena, I'm a new customer, and I have a complaint about one of your staff members who called me today in a very aggressive manner. She didn't even let me speak and even hung up on me. These days, there are so many places where you can choose to store your belongings. The only difference between one place and another, which I and many others value, is customer service. Your employee didn't want to give her name so I could file a report, but one of her colleagues finally told me.

The woman who signed me up was preoccupied chasing a toddler around instead of showing me the unit I wanted. Since she didn't have time to show me a unit in the size I wanted, I settled for a far smaller and cheaper one. I'm forced to look elsewhere like next door for what I need. She needs a daycare for her toddler, not a self storage facility. Every time I go there, It seems they are having Issues with the entrance doors. Forced to turn around inside to get out. Very tight, Fix your doors!

Spanish employees are the worst. They lie so much. If u coming with a cigarette in ur car right away they think we are smoking . I got yell at .when I was not smoking in the building.. but for her I was.. I was kick out. Do u think that's fair.

I drive 2 hrs to go there I called before hand they say there open online says there open. I get there no one is there I wait for 45 mins no one shows up to work I guess
