In their own words
If I was able to give zero stars I would. Our entire moving experience with them was terrible. They were very slow, two of the workers barely even helped at all. At one point we almost lost our buyers of our house because they were moving way to slow. We had to start moving stuff ourselves because we had to be out in 30 minutes. During this time, the lead guy had the nerve to complain about us saying that we had too many things and that the appraiser did not tell them the truth about how much stuff we had.
I scheduled a move with Lausch because I had used the company over 10 years ago and was pleased with the service. I made my arrangements weeks ago. My move was based on settlement dates. I have been packing and preparing for my move. This AM, 6 days before my move, the movers showed up. I was incredulous. The movers left after I explained the move was on the 10th. I received a call from Brian who informed me that , unless I moved today, my move was cancelled. He yelled at me, called me a liar and threatened me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had spoke to one 'representative' on Wednesday and was told that they would have the boss call me back tomorrow because only he can schedule trucks. He assured me that he would call me the following day. I never received a call and I called and left messages several days after with not one single return call. I explained that I needed service urgently and if they couldn't help me, it was fine, just please let me know. I went with another company and had 0 issues.
We contracted this company to move my mother today. Nobody showed to do the move. We called the office and nobody responded. We drove to the office and nobody answered the door. We finally found some guy to ask and told us to wait a minute, then got in his car and drove off. Finally we found someone else who informed us the entire staff quit yesterday. Don't bother with these guys.
The upfront guys are very responsive and sounded reasonable but that's just to lure you in. The crew took enough breaks to ensure the bill came in just over the quoted range. As in a 15 minute break every half hour. I was assured that the …
This is a night and day experience! The first move went very well, the crew was polite, hard working, generally careful and things went well. Because of that, I hired them for a subsequent move expecting the same. Was totally 180 degrees …
This is what thousands of dollars and “professional moving” at Lausch’s get you. They completely took advantage of my parents kindness. What was quoted at a 2-3 hour move was dragged out for 12 hours, and now multiple items are damaged.
This was the worst experience of my life. We used this company years ago and didn’t have an issue so of coarse I called again. However I should have known just from trying to get a hold of them from the beginning was gonna be hell. …

In their own words
The Lausch moving team is amazing! Tuesday they loaded the entire contents of our home in under 4 hours and yesterday unloaded at our new home in Delaware in just under 4 hours!!! Their team is wonderful - very polite and respectful, VERY hard working - even in this heat, and were extremely careful with our belongings. I highly recommend if you are in need of moving services, you give Lausch's a call.

We had a great experience! The movers showed up on time. They were very careful with all of our furniture. They had no trouble taking pieces apart and putting them back together. It was lightly drizzling but they were still able to finish it great time. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that our team arrived on time, handled your furniture with care, and made your move as smooth as possible.
We used this company for both moving and junk removal, and both were excellent. The crews were fast, professional and friendly. The communication was great throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.
Thank you! Lausch can lighten the load with junk removal! We appreciate your recommendation!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience with Lausch Moving Company! Rob was amazing from start to finish. The entire team handled a big move from our apartment to our new house and storage unit with incredible efficiency and care, making the entire process feel effortless.
