The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 16 | 100% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We have used Big Dog for five moves over the last 3 years, both in and beyond the New Orleans area. They are a top- notch moving team: professional, courteous, extremely careful in handling our belongings, organized, and efficient. We'd trust them to move anything, anywhere!

Big Dog Movers are exactly what their name stands for. THE BIG DOGS!!! Kevin and his team moved me 1,939 miles safe and sound. Two trucks loaded to the max and all delivered on time hassle free. Kevin thinks and plans ahead for any …
Kevin and his guys are amazing! We had a fully furnished house with family art and furniture that needed to be packed up and moved to two different locations (one was out of state). Not only is Kevin kind and empathetic to the stress of moving, but he thought of everything! His guys wrapped and prepared everything beautifully before hitting the trucks and unpacked in the same fashion. We would highly recommend Big Dog Movers for any type of move.
