We had an excellent experience using Big Family Movers. The crew packed us and moved us over 90 miles from Oakland and did a fabulous job. All of our belongings arrived in excellent condition. The 3 men were professional, on time, and hard working. They were responsive to our instructions and went beyond expectations to help us place furniture in the best places. They finished the job in fewer hours than anticipated, therefore lowering the cost of the move.

Loved working with the crew from Big Family, and I’m not just saying that. Three guys showed up and expertly moved everything from our house into the truck. They just do it smoothly and with care but also quickly. That was the first load. For the second truck load, they moved everything in our garage we had prepped into the truck very efficiently. They also took apart our beds and rebuilt them at the new house, which made a huge difference.

I have now used Big Family Movers 3 times and I can not recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 starts I absolutely would!! In the most recent 2 moves (3 weeks apart), Mike, Anthony and Vic moved us from out of our house to a storage unit. They were quick, efficient and my son thought he made some new friends. I didn’t think that they would get all of our stuff in the unit, but they did!! With room to spare!
