So many issues. Damaged and missing items. I get ignored for a while and then they just come back with their solution which is an “oh I’m sorry“ or a “no, we didn’t do that!” Complete garbage way to run a business.

Absolutely do not use Big Help Movers if moving. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and unorganized. We contacted them about our upcoming move and were quoted the price for a move and told they would be coming to walk through the house to see exactly what we had. They never came for this walkthrough which caused them to underquote us. They admitted them messed up but raised the price because they needed more people (even though we only had a couple people working for several hours).

WOW! I am so very glad that I chose Big Help Movers. They exceeded my expectations and more. Brock, the owner, and Tammy, the office manager, were particularly responsive, kind, efficient, and excellent communicators. On the day of the move, Brock and two of his employees (both of whom were GREAT to work with) showed up with a positive, can-do attitude, worked together with a plan, and were always upbeat.

Friendly, got the job done on time and even were accommodating when we changed our minds a few times where we wanted heavy things placed. Would recommend and use in the future

Brock met us in Madison after completing a job there and picked up a piece of antique furniture. He brought it back to Janesville and had to move a piano out to bring the antique in. He and his team did all of this in pouring down rain and the threat of severe weather. His team moved quickly to ensure our new piece did not get damaged in the rain. They were also meticulous in wrapping the furniture before moving it. Their prices are more than fair and they were very professional!
