No words for how horrible they made our moving experience and too much to say here. Bottom line, I paid them almost $5000 to store and then move my stuff when we got to new town. Was supposed to be hassle free, which was why we chose them. Our stuff didn't come for 4 days while being given the run around, excuses and alot of "sorry". It totally ruined what should have been an exciting time for my family. I will never recommend them for anything.

Watch your billing, we paid for 6 months in advance, prior to traveling. on return 6 months later they billed us again another 6 months!!! then bought a house and only used storage for 2 and half months , we were not reimbursed for the months we did not use storage. Time to make this public. as I have been getting the run around

As container rental customers of BigSteelBox, 2018-2024, we finally made the plunge and purchased our own container from them. #1 in customer service, whenever we needed access to our container the customer service team either answered the phone or called back in a reasonable timeframe. Their note system helps them know the details of our account so that we don't have to explain each time a new rep answered. There was a personal feel to the experience.

Phone reps were all helpful & clear; drivers were friendly, punctual & incredibly skilled at placing the box with precision and picking it up, in spite of restrictions cause by nearby overhead wires or narrow driveways, etc.

We recently purchased a 20' premium used container from BigSteelBox in Prince George. Dan, the store manager, was very helpful in all aspects of the sale: showing us our options, answering any questions, and sending us pictures of a variety of containers. After our purchase, the container was delivered the next day by Steve, who did a great job unloading it, positioning it, helping us level it, and making sure we were happy with where it sat. All-in-all, a very positive experience.

I had a great experience with BigSteelBox. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everything arrived exactly when they said it would and the container was exactly as expected.
